I always get great service here. Milo and Dr Wakefield did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth. My smile is bigger and brighter! 😀

I was squeezed in today for some last minute work. All the staff were amazing, patient and friendly. I want to mention Arezo for her amazing customer service skills, the wonderful staff at this location definitely removed all my fears of dentistry! Way to go team! Can’t wait to see you for all my upcoming visits.

I was in today 10/20/2023 for just a regular check up and omg I cannot express how amazing this place is. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by just all smiles. Nothing but positive attitudes all around. The dentist is a very scary place for me and I had no fear with how amazing the dentist was and how CLEAN everything was as well. I would definitely be back without hesitation. I believe the manager was also helping a few staff members and the way she showed so much compassion towards them showed how amazing the office is ran.

Let me tell you!! That manager knows what she is doing! She is great! She was so clear with my treatment and offered me different payment plans. She was such a great help, I believe her name was Arzo . I recommend going here. She was a great help including the staff!

It is my first time visiting this office but the service was great the staff was very nice and my teeth feel great ! I will definitely keep this as my permanent dentist

I came in today for a consult only and I was helped by the manager she was very pleasant and knowledgeable the drs name was Wakefield he was very gentle and efficient I got a crown done same day and everything was smooth and quick! Definitely recommend this practice

I guess this place is under new management and the new manager Zoe  is extremely helpful and communicates very well. She help me fix my contract that was messed up and I even got new implants going

called and to my surprise they answered the phone the manager looked at my treatment snd got me in Right, Away For my gum treatment she even got me approved for 0 down i was very surprised with the experience since my last one wasnt so great definitely recommend this practice

I did have to wait a bit in the office to be called but the staff was apologetic and helped to get my in as soon as possible. This office is busy! The doctor was able to fill more teeth than anticipated. Great outcome!

I was very pleased with the service they listened to me an gave me options. This is a great place to get your check-ups extractions or what ever you’re dealing with.

Today I went to western dental in concord . The ladies at the front desk were kind and professional.
The assistant Ramisha took my X-rays and was so kind and made feel comfortable so I wasn’t as worried as I was originally .
Dr Nidamarthi was very nice and my tooth was hurting she was so gentle and made sure I understood everything.

My appointment was at 9:15 am and I didn’t wait long to see a dentist ..
I was worried about the cost and getting out of pain . .
Tatiana explained everything to me and gave me all the options there is to help me get treatment ,she is a compassionate and kind office manager and very knowledgeable and professional.she helped me get on a payment plan to get my implant done and other treatment I couldn’t afford to pay all at once .

Dr Wakefield was amazing and took out my broken tooth that was hurting me and causing infection . He was so gentle and kind it didn’t hurt at all when it was healing . He also did my bone graft to get my tooth ready for an implant. I am thankful for him .
His assistant Lula is so kind and caring she helped me stay calm during my surgery and made me feel safe and relaxed .
Da Marco is a great dental assistant too he helped me laugh when I was waiting so I could relax and wouldn’t be so worried .
I am thankful for the whole staff at concord , ca western dental . They helped me feel better and now I’m on the path to healing and getting my implant soon when it’s time .

They are all kind and professional the vibe in this office was great even had good music playing.
I will be getting teeth fixed and I have a payment plan I can afford .

Had a dental emergency and Tatiana was able to see me sooner than expected, and help me take care of it. Tatiana really knows what she's doing. X-ray technician was super patient with me since I wasn't able to open my mouth all the way for the mouth piece.

2 years ago, I would have given them 1 star. Back then, the staff wasn't helpful. And I was sent away with nothing being done, and no answers and still in pain. This time, it is a whole new story.
I felt heard. I was listened to. They did so much to me. They removed teeth that needed to be removed. I also had a bone graft and we have a plan to proceed with my teeth. The staff is so friendly and helped me feel more comfortable. When the dentist started working on me, I was so nervous I was shaking. The assistant helped ease my worry, and once the dentist started working any i had went away. He was so gentle. And as I'm sitting here, feeling like I got socked in the face, I'm thankful that I'll have my smile back. And I'll be able to eat crunchy foods again soon.

i had a tooth that's been bothering me for quite some time. So after a week of agony, today I called them. They gave me an appointment for today. The people were friendly. The staff was knowledgeable. And the dentists were amazing. I'm a chicken. They made me feel comfortable. And... They took care of my tooth with no fear or pain. I will no longer be in pain! Thank you western dental!!!

I am happy to say that I am very satisfied with this Western Dental clinic in Concord, CA. Because not only was I well treated by the receptionists like Taylor Jackson and Keaira Jackson (who assisted me in the clinic), but also by the dental assistant Ramisha Anderson who assisted me in this dental clinic. I visited the office today, I was very nervous because I haven't been to the dentist in a long time. But Kayla and all the staff made me feel comfortable and welcoming.

Came to to Western dental. The staff and doctors were amazing, but Miriam J went above and beyond to help me with financing. She got me a low down payment and my monthlies as well. I never thought I could afford implants but she made it possible. Recommend going to this office.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable (no crowd, people spaced appropriately, receptionists were courteous and very professional). I had other issues that the attending staff (dental assistant) looked into and cleared up for me. I had a tooth extracted and really appreciate being in the hands of a “professional”, no pain! The dental assistant explained my aftercare requirements clearly and escorted me to the exit.

I’m at the office in Concord there’s an employee named DAMARCO. It’s refreshing to see a professional doing his job. It’s unfortunate that more in that office are so ill prepared particularly the front desk as they sit around doing much of nothing except texting. Your prices are reasonably competitive, but the staff does not answer the phone, and the clientele that walk in from the street are not offer the mask when it’s clear these are challenging times. I do not feel comfortable sitting in the outer office. I requested the girls in the office say something to the patient as they wait to put on a mask I personally have been immunized but I don’t feel comfortable sitting next to someone without a mask. There are no postings in the office that state “For the safety of our patients we require masks are worn in our office “ that would make it so much easier on everyone.
