Dear City of Concord,
Our Street Sweeper, Rick, does an absolutely amazing job. He comes the 3rd Tuesday of the month and goes above and beyond my expectations. He does repeat passes when the leaves exceed the capacity of the sweeper. He cleans up the overflow leaves that get blown into the middle of the street and does repeat passes until the gutters are free of all leaves. He is not a "one pass quickly through," kind of guy, but does whatever it takes to do things right. It is always a joy to meet someone who does an outstanding job and is such a nice person. Please let Rick know how much our neighborhood appreciates his efforts.
