Crocs at San Francisco Premium Outlet

This Croc location is not close to home but is one of the best my family and I has been too, the employees including the manager go above and beyond to help you find what you need. Highly recommend this location, will be back for sure.

I love my crocs they are so comfortable and keep my feet happy. I can walk stand and work for extended amounts of time in them. This is a great big store with many colorful options sandals fuzzy insoles platforms and a couple of clearances/sales the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they were all out of the colors and styles my son wanted so I ordered them online and they came in 3 days. He also loves his crocs!💖

Friendly service with awesome shoes! I walked in and was greeted by a nice fellow. I shopped. I had a question, they were polite in answering my question. They didn't make me feel like I was bothering them. And there were a very good selection of shoes. Clearance and newer shoes. And lots of those little decorative things they have to click onto the shoes. Good place. I'll be back.

Love Crocs...they always have some type of promotion.....the place is as always busy and crowded, sometimes a line to get in...lots of styles and selection....Associates are the best....Remember to Thank them, they work twice as hard and are running back and forth to make sure everyone is helped ......

Good selection but some prices are lower on Amazon. Good customer service. Need to post prices for tidbit charms.

I really live my Crocs. I have about a dozen pair. But, I always look for more. I guess Crocs have made a come back for these new gen z peeps. But I just love how light and comfy they feel on my foot that has had 4 surgeries on it in the last 6 yrs. The only thing about this store is that it was not ADA compatible. I am wheelchair bound and could barely fit in the front part of the store. There was so...much more to see; however I was not able to see it. I was very sad about that. It ruined my trip to this store and changed my mind about making a purchase. I guess I will have to stick to online shopping for my crocs and hunting through T.J.Maxx, Marshall's, Ross and DD's Discounts for my crocs. The prices are far better at these stores anyway.

Crocs are not my style but I get why people love them... Super helpful employees in a pretty busy store
