PNC Bank

Previously I was a compass bank member for like 12 years and they sold out to PNC. I lost some perks with the switch but stayed to see how it turned out. I really enjoyed the previous tellers that left with the change BUT Patricia is still there. She’s always been very professional, helpful and polite. I’m happy I stayed.

Awesome neighborhood branch! I love every time I go in the tellers know my name. Never experienced that on other large branches. Wendy Lopez and Ana Escatel are awesome, very personable and provide great customer service!

Although the ATM machine still sucks! The staff is great so it makes up for that small inconvenience.

At first I didn't like this new bank was taking over my old bank. It's a quiet little place with an awarding winning app...but PNC just made it better.
I don't know why people like those big banks. Lines are ridiculous. Never had ro wait at PNC and mobile deposits clear immediately. Love it...

Love this bank and the employee's Joy and Wendy and all the other employees as well great team!! They make my day when I go in with their willingness to help with any issues I may have and the kindness they show to their customers.

I love this branch. They have a small staff but always are professional and friendly. I have had my account here for over 20 years and the #1 reason I have stayed is due to the awesome service.

Clean bank, courteous staff. I've never seen it crowded inside or at the drive-through in the past 5 years.

The tall lady older is the rudest she is very raceset. I reported her rude and unperfecional manner last year too head office . I use the branch once a year can not belive they have some like this in charge.
The teller however was very nice and help full still that one bad apple and is in charge.
