I had reason to visit the pharmacy to pick up some meds, and contrary to many of the other reviews, found the staff there to be quite friendly and exceptionally helpful; I would not hesitate to return. In addition, the main store itself is kept quite clean and is very well-stocked for a drugstore.

I went in to grab Christmas gift items and was in a huge rush and a little stressed. But a young lady named Loreya help me out and made the shopping experience go with ease she was polite and knew where everything was and was able to get me in and out quickly. It was an awesome experience I usually go to the CVS closer to my house on nees but I will be taking a few extra minutes to go to fig Garden Village to the CVS because the service was phenomenal.

I found the clerks efficient and the pharmacy thorough and helpful. 12 years and counting. Thank you.

Clean, well-stocked, helpful employees, quick service in pharmacy.

I get a couple of RX's filled here that only cost me $3 for a 90 day supply but anything else I use GoodRX. My endo once sent a prescription and here and they filled it and messaged me that it was ready and the price was over $300. I called the pharmacy to verify and they said "yep". I then went to my Dr, and got script in hand and used GoodRX to get the same prescription filled elsewhere for $22.00

That said, I've never had an issue with staff or service here until recently. They gave me a vaccine and said I had to wait 15 min.

I’m diabetic and needed to use the restroom and they refused to let me use it. I couldn’t believe it; they make you wait in the store, but refuse to allow you to take care of basic human needs. I called corporate and registered a complaint and apparently they’ve made some changes because now the restroom doors say there is a key at the register. So you have stand in line to get the key. Previously the Sign said they couldn’t be used. They told me to go over to Jack’s restaurant and use their restroom.

I used the restroom today when getting my flu shot. Not very tidy. No azz gaskets, barely any toilet paper (see images) , but there was soap in the dispenser and the hand dryer worked, so there’s that.

I Sometimes they have decent prices on their liquor and wine. I only go here if I have to.

Used the pharmacy a few times, people there were polite and location good. But I don't believe I gave you permission to call me for marketing purposes. Don't do that again please. Also self checkout registers almost always, (other people included), require cashier to clear it before you can pay. Yay.

This CVS struggles in some ways but is great in others. The staff can be a bit obnoxious and annoying. The store is very clean and well stocked as those who frequent it are of a more seasoned age. The pharmacy is kind of a mess half the time too. It took them months to get one prescription right for me. It's never really busy but it always seems like everyone gets in their ONE line at the same time.

You know I never have problems here everything’s always stocked clerks are amazing at helping most of them know me but it’s always just one lady tresa who gives me a hard time first time I said maybe she’s having a bad day then next time even worse she put her hand in my face I was in disbelief I can’t believe she did that one rude worker won’t ruin it for everyone every time I see her I rather leave she’s so rude.

Same problem as every other CVS. The inventory management is terrible. When you see an item online it does not say where in the store it is. The employees also don't know where any specific items are.

On the off chance you can find where the item was supposed to be, it's likely out of stock, despite the website saying otherwise. It's going to be extremely difficult for this brand to remain in business for the next 10 years.

Staff is not very helpful and does not have great customer service. The Lady with the pink hair at the pharmacy acts as if she hates her job never smiles and is rudely short if you need information. Thinking of using another Pharamcy

Pharmacy is not efficient and staff is questionable. Always seem unconcerned with long wait times to pick up Rx’s and understaffed.
