I've been shopping at Talbot's in Los Angeles for many years. Last 3 years have gotten all my casual clothes there. Best T's 100 percent. Lovely place.

Their customer service is superb. I've never had an issue in this store with being ignored. It's more mature clothing but young women can find nice modern/contemporary pieces like blazers, sweaters and slacks. I just ordered a knee length straight jean skirt from here (which is impossible to find in other stores).

I live in Chicago and my local Talbots did not have my size. This store was able to find the sweater in my size and ship it to me. The gal on the phone was very sweet.

I have always experienced good service and friendly staff eager to help me. My favorite is Camille, a sweet and knowledgeable woman.
It has been a fun an enjoyable shopping visit!

I visited Talbots today and they were so helpful and even though I bought items on sale,they packaged my order beautifully in a bag and didn't charge me .10 for the bag. I recommend Talbot of Fresno

I am very excited over this store I find everything I need and more this store carries plus sizes for full figured women the staff here is wonderful and too friendly I'm grateful for these people that I have here in Fresno California Fresno California is the place to be
