Our server was so sweet and amazing. Julie was very quick and attentive. She had great brunch recommendations and helped kick our girls day brunch off the right way. We will definitely be back.

Came in early on a Sunday morning. Sat down at the counter right away. Was immediately served hot coffee. I ordered off of the specials menu and had prime rib and eggs. The hash browns that were included were spectacular as was the rest of the food.

You must check out this great Black Bear Diner Location! We walked in around 11am on a Saturday and got seated immediately. Our meal today was absolutely perfect for our family of four! We got some breakfast and some lunch items, all wonderful! Our server, Juliana anticipated our needs, provided service with a smile, and everything was delicious! The portions are ridiculously ample, and we all have leftovers for another meal. We can't wait to come back again! Thanks!

Seth is an incredible server. He is friendly, attentive and fast. He makes our dining experience perfect every time. Mariela is hands down the funniest person...super entertaining. And I just found out she is the Manager. She made me want to make this review in the first place. Great teamwork! Great place to spend your money for good food. ★★★★★

This was my first time dining here, and the food was really good. I got French toast, which was spot on, and my son enjoyed his soft waffle. We got a side of hasbrowns to share, which I have to admit I wasn't too sure at first, but they were actually really good. I enjoyed the crunch on the outside, and then the softness on the inside just hit different than expected. Now, onto the Italian hot breakfast sausage, which was LIT!!! I'm a fan of spice, and so is my son. So let me tell you a bite of sausage, eggs, and hasbrowns. It was right up my alley. The biscuits and gravy are next on the list after seeing the waitress walk past our table with some. We will definitely be coming back here for breakfast again now that I know what I've been missing.

The service was exceptional. I saw a toddler grab the hostess’s hand and she proceeded to walk the toddler & family to their table with baby at hand. It took them about 20 min to get there but I couldn’t help but smile. Food was good. Habanero sauce 💯

The service was quick. The waitress was very polite and patient. The food was fantastic! I had a turkey club with sweet potato fries and my husband had a Ruben with regular fries. Black Bear Diner has the best sweet potato fries no matter which establishment you eat at. The food is consistent and always delicious.

Food is always delicious and hot. Such a good family atmosphere, the service, servers are ready to please you in what u need. Their excellent servers, especially one that has super excellent his name is Brandon. Thank you Black Bear !! Cleve and Mary annEvans

Recently I had my Daughter's 2nd Birthday here an it was such a great experience for her and the whole family. The GM worked with me and my fiance and was so professional & accommodating. They helped with my ideas for food and gave great suggestions for our party. The manager, GM & Staff brought my baby's birthday to fruition. The staff was friendly and amazing people. They were always helpful and they had our room area cleaned early, let us know that we can decorate and even helped with setting it up. The GM was so kind and even put together a ballon garland that i have never set up before and was unsure how. It was so sweet! We had exceptional service! The food was absolutely wonderful and brought in hot. They always asked my guest if they needed anything and checked up on us often. They also made my daughter feel special on her special day, asked if there was any favorite foods she would love to have and even let her watch one of her favorite shows while enjoying her food. 💖
(I suggest this place for a event , a stop to eat, for a good experience because you will have a positive one.) Thank you all at Black Bear Diner!

John was very attentive as usual, super friendly and very caring in the way he works and carries himself. Everytime my partner and I come in he makes sure to give us the best of the best, and you can tell he does this for every single one of his customers. The food was great as usual and despite it being busy or slow we are always well taken care of :) Thank you blackbear and thank you John for always bringing a smile to our day !

This is the best breakfast I’ve had in my whole 19 years of life!!! Seriously it was so good! I got full so fast and the freshly squeezed orange juiceee ughhh it was the best! Can’t wait to have breakfast here again and can’t wait to try the lunch ! The cooks are doing their best job and all the staff and host are very sweet! The theme of the place is so pretty !! I’m going to tell everyone I know to check you guys out!

Had thanksgiving dinner here. Surprised at how enjoyable the food was. Excellent service. Will be back and would recommend this as your best option for a holiday meal. Lots of people were picking up “to go” meals in great big paper bags also but we ate in. The Turkey was restaurant style (kind of reminds me of lunch meat) but the potatoes, the gravy, the stuffing were all excellent. Included a salad(or soup), canned style cranberry and green beans and a slice of pumpkin pie.

Black bear diner is always my number 1 option for a breakfast date. John is almost always our server and delivers excellent customer service and hospitality every time we come and visit; he is half the reason we always come back, the other half being the delicious food!! Gotta love Black Bear Diner

Food was great and really appreciated the great service from Samantha Fowler. She made sure we always got whatever we needed and never had to wait long!

Fatima was great, she was helpful in explaining what some of the food was. This is the 2nd time we’ eve had her as a server and she never disappoints.

Alex served us today and he was an absolutely great waiter. We have a food allergy and he was very attentive to the allergy and paid a ton of attention to how the food was prepared for us. 100% will be back again.

Dustin was awesome and Gonzalo is a super star and Abby the host and Bella were so nice!!!!
