Premium Urgent Care

I got a pretty bad laceration on my head, (never had one before, so my version of bad may be different from yours) and I drove to this urgent care clinic and was able to get it stitched together, the doctor is amazing and knows what he’s doing. He did a great job of making me feel comfortable despite it being my first time getting stitched up, and I would definitely recommend this urgent care clinic to everyone else.

I love to bring my family here when we are in need of urgent care. We are usually in and out within and hour or less with or without an appointment. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy quickly. The facility is clean and the staff members are pleasant.

Dr Kerr was amazing! I was seen promptly and he did everything in his power to put my mind at ease during the visit. I was treated like a long time patient, not a just a random walk in. I highly recommend visiting Dr Kerr if you happen to be in need.

Both of my experiences in this office have been great.
Very clean facility.
Checked in online before even arriving to their walk-in clinic.
They told me, once i walked through the door, that they'd already put my chart in the back for the doctor to review.
I sat in the waiting room between 5-10minutes max, and was called back to see the doctor.
The doctor was very kind and polite, and addressed all of my concerns.

Came to this Urgent Care because I suddenly started having covid type systems the day before. The place was very clean, staff was very nice and service was very quick. I was seen by Dr Kerr. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. My rapid test was negative but due to my symptoms he ran several other test. Just waiting on my results now. Overall for being my first visit here it was a pleasant experience. I would reccomend this office.

Great, fast service! The doctor was very informative and professional. He actually remembered my son from his last visit which was a couple of years ago, down to the reason why we were seen. He always makes it a point to connect with the patient, and provide the teaching that is necessary. Anytime we need urgent care, I don’t think twice about where to go. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful office and even better doctor. Dr. Kerr took his time to listen to my issues, and then clearly explained his treatment plan. As a plus, he is personable, easy to talk with, and nice. These are not common characteristics seen in many doctors today.

From the moment I walked in , I was treated kindly. The staff is and always has been wonderful. Dr. Kerr was kind and listened to what I had to say . He came up with a plan of treatment and I was on my way! This is the only place I go to! Thank you Dr. Kerr and staff!

Dr Kerr was very professional, friendly and quickly diagnosed my illness. I have been coming to him for several years. My entire family go to him for our urgent care needs. I definitely recommend him.

My daughter and I have seen Dr. Kerr several times throughout the year and he is efficient and courteous. It has been much easier to get into premium urgent care than it has been to get in with our primary care doctor. The staff is also very welcoming!

The staff was kind, curious and professional. Walked in without an appointment. Didn't have to wait to long. NP Sylvia was genuine and professional. She wasn't in a rush and was very caring. She explained everything so that I could understand. I was very happy with my visit.

I brought my son in to this Urgent Care facility to have his eye checked. The staff were friendly and professional. Our wait time was minimal. Dr. Kerr was fantastic with my son and put him at ease immediately. It was a a very good experience all around. We will definitely be back when the need arises.

Dr Kerr is very good doctor. Very quick and fast service and very attentive. The staffs are very nice and helpful. If anyone is looking for an urgent care…please go straight to Dr Kerr and his team they will take care of you.

I woke up having a lot of trouble breathing, and the Urgent Care across the street was packed. I was in and out of this Urgent Care in less than an hour with everything I needed. The provider gave me his full attention, I didn’t feel rushed, and he explained things that I needed to understand. The front desk staff was very helpful with effectively exchanging information even though I didn’t have my insurance card, and the medical assistant was friendly, professional, and efficient. I appreciate the care I received at this facility and would return if needed!

Excellent patient care. Very friendly and kind to both my child and myself. Saw us promptly and took care of us speedily. Dr. Kerr gets a 10/10 from us.

I highly recommend Premium Urgent Care! After suffering an injury over the weekend to my hand that became swollen and painful, I was in need of medical attention. I am so thankful to have found them open and happy to help. Sandra, the receptionist, was pleasant and helpful. Ashley, my nurse, was friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Michael Klug who clearly has a compassionate heart for his patients. He looked at my hand and immediately knew what I needed to recover. He ordered the shots and medicines that I needed. My nurse, Ashley, administered the shots that were necessary with a talented and gentle touch. They are so thoughtful here that I found that my prescriptions had already been called in and filled at the CVS pharmacy right across the street. They were ready for immediate pickup and I was able to go home right away to rest. The next day, I received a follow up call from Dr. Michael Klug, which was both a nice surprise and a further example of the compassion and professionalism that you will experience here. My injured hand happens to be my dominant hand, and today, I am happy to say that I am able to use it without pain and it is looking healthy as it continues to heal! Dr. Kerr goes above and beyond each time I have to visit. His care for the person is prevalent. Even on the busiest of days, he takes time to know the person. I drive 30 minutes to this location specifically for the care I receive from Dr. Kerr. Nothing but praise.

I come here anytime I need to visit an urgent care. The staff is always friendly and visits are easy and usually very quick. Doctor Kerr makes you feel very comfortable. I have been here for myself and my son. Every time it is a great experience which is why I come back every time I’m in need. Thank you
