The UPS Store

Convenient and easy-to-use UPS shopping. It's located in Palos Verdes Mall, which is a small little shopping center in an otherwise residential area. Not a lot of traffic and hassles getting in or out, and this particular location isn't really busy so the service efficiency is very good. And it is just as good as going to any other UPS shipping location.

This store has always been quick and efficient since I’ve been going here the last few months. Today I had a problem with my package and Tony and his coworker were really helpful in resolving it and explaining how to avoid it from happening again in the future. I will keep coming back to this location!

I've been coming here for a few years now and must say that the staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. It has been a very good resource for my mail box and shipping needs.

We had a problem with our package. The box was completely ruined and we got there 10 min before closing time and Gatimo went above and beyond to help us repackage and stayed after store closed time to help us get this packaged shipped.

I own a small, local business. I leased a postal box at this location a few months ago, and I am amazed on how dependent I soon became on the many facets of service this store has to offer.

They are spot on in shipping things for me, and they receive the many packages I have coming in. They never fail to alert me when I receive shipments, which is one less things for me to worry about.

They do all my laminating, they take and stamp my mail when I hand the bundle to them over the counter, and they mail it off for me. Their array of copy machines always fills in for when mine break down, and they have office supplies that I can purchase in a pinch!

Lisa, the owner always has a smile and a greeting for me. Rachael and Angela are great in how they accommodate their customers.

Why I waited so long to patronize this place, I don't know. Now... I'm a hooked, loyal customer!

I do not recommend this UPS store. I got a P.O. box here because they indicate/advertise they will check your mailbox for you to let you know if you receive mail. I called last Friday afternoon, and the female who answered the telephone put me on hold. After ten minutes of holding I called back. Today is thursday, and I have called very regularly since the female put me on hold last week, and nobody has answered. You just receive their voicemail, and they do not return telephone calls. I don't recommend at all. Store is also messy/dirty, and you can't print pdfs in color on their copier.
