Rite Aid

I moved to the area recently and realized that Rite Aid next to Lunardis is the pharmacy to go. Everything from OTC selection to immunization services for Medi-Cal customers is 5 stars!

Excellent and smart staff! Always a smooth experience at Rite Aid in Walnut Creek. We are able to find easily over-the-counter medications, supplements. Pharmacists are very caring!

The staff is always friendly and helpful there, but last Friday was the episode which made me post this review. This is because one lady working there, Martha, was handling 2 cashier registers simultaneously, to keep the line moving, and when more people came in, she opened a 3rd register as well ! I have never seen anything like that before and I am amazed both with Martha's performance & skill of jogging 3 ordering stations at the same time, as well as her desire to help the customers. This was definitely going deep beyond the call of duty or what could be expected, and it helped big, big time. A+++ !

Rite Aid at Palos Verde is a well run store with a great team of employees. The store is kept clean and managed well. The pharmacy staff is wonderful, personable and kind. Parking is abundant. They have an ice cream counter that is really delicious and satisfying on a hot summer day.

Even though this pharmacy is not close to my home, I switched to Rite Aid because of the phone system that after 30 seconds of waiting allows you to leave your name and phone number for a call back. The call back was withing 3 minutes, and the pharmacist did all she could to lower the price of the prescription since it was not covered by insurance.

Excellent service at this Rite Aid! My prescription was ready quickly, and the pharmacy folks were very friendly and helpful! And Carol, one of the employees helped my find the correct OTC med!

Super friendly, clean, and lots of items. Pharmacy is great. I have other pharmacies closer but go a little more out of my way to come here.
