America's Credit Union - Proctor Branch

Proctor Branch is my favorite ACU Branch! The staff is always friendly and I am confident that they are able to take care of my requests quickly and accurately. The Supervisor Tala is so welcoming no matter how often I stop in. She goes out of her way to make sure to help you get the answers you need. I can't forget to mention the location! There are awesome shops and restaurants to visit near by. This is why I love going to this location! I can stop by and do some banking, shop, or meet up with friends or family for a bite to eat.

Love coming into the proctor branch! Everyone is always so nice and ready to help. Even more beneficial that it is a shared branch location so not only am I able to handle my business with ACU but a few of my other credit unions as well. All the women there are extremely knowledgeable and beautiful! Good job ACU!

ACU has been handling my business account for a few months now and their customer service and dedication to banking services is amazing! So much so, in fact, that my wife and I are seriously contemplating moving a good portion of our personal banking to ACU. Miranda and the other team members there are professional, courteous, and show a genuine interest in their customers. Thank you so much for being amazing in an industry rife with predatory banks!

I’ve had a car loan through ACU for a few years, which has been easy and had a much better rate than anywhere else I found at the time. Recently we needed a new account as our bank where we moved didn’t have branches. We’ve been in a few times to the Proctor branch and everyone has been so friendly! I appreciate their promotional offers, and the community credit union ethics.

So far so good! I've been pleased with my service at ACU, and how quickly they were available to provide for my needs with the PPP funds. They opened an account for me, and gave me access online with some personal service to manage the technical problems that they were having at the time. Great service and very friendly people.

I want to brag about the ACU Proctor branch. I always meet smiles when I go there, and usually get a hearty laugh before I leave. Their knowledge and expertise have guided me in unique and regular financial matters ever since the Proctor branch opened. I am very grateful to have such an excellent team in my neighborhood ACU.

Outstanding experience! I am surprised by some of these reviews as every time I have gone into ACU, the staff has been helpful and accommodating. Miranda Marenco really took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful. She remembered me and our conversation when I came back a few weeks later (even though I hadn't set up an account with them) and was terrific. The team really listened to the nuances of what I need and went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of the first time.
I have actually changed banks to do all of my banking at ACU. I cannot recommend them more highly. A+

Miranda helped me create an account at ACU-Proctor after moving here from Minnesota. She was so helpful and always made sure to keep in contact with me, even when I'm not the easiest person to keep in touch with. That was super nice, and I really appreciated all of her help!

Tala has always been great for the couple years I have been going there and Miranda is somewhat new but same great service. They always do a great job and have great customer service skills. Always fun conversation too. Keep up the great work y'all!

I had a wonderful experience today when I went to pay off my car. Miranda was beyond helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She is an asset to the company, and I highly recommend her to anybody that is looking to to do any form of banking in the future.

Ever single employee at the Proctor branch goes above and beyond in terms of service and value add each time I visit. They’re incredibly bright and consistently well trained at their positions. Easily my fav credit union.

This isn't my bank but I bank through a sister union. I go to this location about once a week and everytime I'm happy with my experience. They are all super sweet and I love their little 'about me' plaques. How fun!! I can only speak on day to day banking and customer service as I'm not trying to get a loan or anything but I'm always happy : )

I absolutely love visiting the Proctor Branch! Tala is my go to person whenever I need anything. She is always polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I will forever be a lifetime member of Tala's and the Proctor Branch.

This is my favorite branch everyone here is so helpful and down to earth. Miranda usually helps me when i come in and shes always inna good mood and funny. She has an awsome team and I always come to this branch whenever I have any banking to do!

Always greeted with a smile and can-do attitude! The ladies here treat me like a regular, even though I only see them once a month. They know to make my car payment and pull cash out for the Proctor farmers market even before I am in the door.

ACU takes care of our small business account and they are so fabulous. All the ladies take care of me and are super friendly. It’s a great & reliable neighborhood bank.

I really like this branch!!! They are small and always friendly when i go in there. Any time i have gone in with questions, they get me answers quickly and the info is always what i need to know.

And they have great Saturday hours!

The whole proctor team is absolutely fantastic. Every time I come in it's like walking into a friends house. Because of the proctor branch, I dont dread going to the bank like most people seem to.
