This whole experience has been a double edged sword. While the whole tech/ordering/computer side of the visit was an absolute fiasco, Bob, the guy helping us out, was awesome. Despite numerous issues with the tech side of our transaction, he endlessly worked to ensure everything turned out as smooth as possible. Numerous phone calls, multiple false starts, and Bob kept working to make it happen. Absolute 5 star employee on what could have been a much less satisfying visit.

Lots of inventory, plenty of plants for my garden, landscaping stuff I can always use, yes I really like going there. I always enjoy the friendly atmosphere and people ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👏👌👍

Love this store. Always has what I am looking for. Great customer service.

Lowe's has been my go to store for landscaping improvement, lately. The girl that works in the return area in St Charles Mo. is a GREAT asset to your company. She is efficient and friendly. I wish I knew her name, she deserves the recognition.

Dawn (Don't know her last name) was so helpful with my electrical installation order this week at the Mexico Road store in O'Fallon, MO. She is the kind of employee you want!

I just wanted to say I had the most amazing experience at this location Jacob was amazing, from the original interaction at lawn and garden all the way to when he came to the front and helped me get checked out. From beginning to end. He had such a positive outlook and was extremely respectful. As well when the registers were having issues working, was patient and very apologetic even though it was out of his control but still managed to help me complete the purchase and even offered to help me load the abundance of bamboo I bought which I did refuse because I had already bugged him enough and I I felt bad. I will say Lowes whatever you’re paying this amazing individual it’s not enough. Thanks Jacob for taking a bad day and being able to put a smile on my face.

Don, the veteran, from millwork, is AMAZING helped us get A LOT of glass cuts to build a basking area for our turtles! We live in wentzville and drive out to this lowes purposely for the customer service!

I just had a wonderful experience at Lowe's. A young gentleman named Tyler assisted me. He went above and beyond, he was professional and knowledgeable. He helped me get lava rock to my car and he was very kind and patient.

I went to buy a Replacement Water Filter for our Refrigerator & met some of the MOST AWESOME People in the Garden Department! Roger referred me to Denny for Fertilizer for my Bulbs so they will flower again this year. Denny Happily went & got me the right stuff! Then, I was looking for 4 Money Tree plants. I only found 3. Denny found 2 more so I could choose! Then,I needed plant Coasters & Bases. Denny took me right to them. Using Self-Checkout, I had a problem getting an item to Scan. Danae came to my rescue! I found everything I needed & REALLY appreciate 🙏 the Kindness & Consideration I received! Many Thanks!

I was passing through town and had to stop in for some supplies. Associate named Chris was super helpful and knew the aisle for everything I needed off the top of his head. Helped get me in and out. 5 stars to him and the appearance of the store!!

Right now I'm working with Lowe's to help me set up contractors hopefully everything will work out just fine I've done business with Lowe's when it comes to roofing and and the first experience was great now I'm coming back a second time and now I'm going to try them for second-time on another home

Clean, well lit, plenty of employees. Ran across one male employee in the appliance section that decided to pick and choose who he would help. He walked past me and another gentleman that were obviously needing help to help a woman that wasn't even needing anything. I went to a different department and was helped by an elderly gentleman with a smile!

Reserved parking for Veterans. I'm not a veteran, but I appreciate Lowe's making them feel welcome. Well done!

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this Lowes that I'm using with my 3D printer. It wasn't filament or the printer itself, but rather other stuff. It's working very well. The employees here were very nice, and they pointed me to what ailes to go to.

2 different floor associates were very helpful in locating the specific items I was looking for. Clean, lots of new displays of assorted Christmas gift items. Tools, extension cords, work gloves, etc...

Always has a good selection of product. Staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate that they have special parking and discounts for veterans.

Asked customer service for the bolt I needed. They told me aisle but also walked me to aisle and section and stayed until I found what I needed, even scanning barcode to be sure matched product I found online. Self service checkout made for a quick trip to get exactly what I needed. Great experience.
