I just need to say Miss Barbara is amazing.
I had an extra charge on my receipt of an item I did not purchase. I called and they made it a huge thing that it need to check the cameras and make sure I didn't leave with it. I was 100% ok with that. They will call me in a few hours. That phone call was never returned. Almost 8 hrs later I am calling, nothing, on my own personal last string of patience, I walked into this store about to lose it emotionally. And the most absolutely sweet, amazing woman greeted me, she must have seen it in my eyes. Didn't even question me. Offered me back my money right away. It was only $4 guys, but that stupid $4 to all the extra in my personal life was alot. And she was kind to me when she didn't have to be. For this I thank you personally Miss Barbra. I hope you see this and know how much you simply being kind to me means so much more than you understand. Thank you

The staff is always friendly and helpful and went out if their way to check for additional stock on an item I was looking for and set aside the items for me to pick up the next day.

Great customer service and I always find something there that I need and even what I don't need. There was one person that stood out from the employees, running around from department to department and still had time to see if I needed anything. This makes it a third time for this little lady doing a great job at her store and customer service. I normally rate by business but it changed about seeing this employee. Her name tag Read Donna... adding her to the rates gives it a 5 STARS. Customer service is a big part the way I rate and a rare find this store has. Hats off to the employee of the month in my eyes.

The staff is so friendly! We were in the back of the store and Barbara saw our hands full then brought us a cart. Dolce was very friendly at checkout. Great shopping experience!

Thus store is always awesome! They also have the best prices on everyday and designer brands! I buy a watch every week from this location alnost like clockwork and the ladies know the jewelry well! Please do shop here BEFORE ya hit the mall!

A young lady charged us she was very friendly. To be honest this is the first Tj Max that I've seen this clean and well organized. Nothing was on the floor. Good for you guys! Keep up the good work.

Everyone is really nice here and overall they have a good selection of items. They clean and sanitize the checkout counter and did I mention how nice the employees are?

Sales associates were very helpful. When they saw what my mom was buying they asked if she had seen similar things that would go with it but they weren't pushy about selling
