Okay so boom, there is this sweet Hispanic man working security and he always greets any women who enter the store. It's usually 'Hello, welcome, you look so pretty/beautiful /lovely today!'. And he's SO consistent!!!! Idk that's A1 customer service. I come here for him. The poor girls at the register smh!! Ross do better!! Security dude, you are doing wonderful love!

Customer service is alright i guess, but you do have to have to wait a LONG time to pay 😒😏

I love this store, I have been going for more than 10 years. The costumer service is really great and the store is very organized and clean. The line goes fast and I had a great experience with cashier Lizbeth, she was so nice with me and efficient with all customers ahead of me. This is the third time that she helps me.

I used to come here every now and then when I worked on this part of town. More often than not, they had what I wanted, so if I find myself on Ming and need something they might have, I'll definitely check it out again. The lines can take a while in the busier parts of the day, but not enough to be a significant problem to me.

Its inevitable that these stores are a bit messy. But it seems like they have quite a bit of staff stocking but only 2 casheirs which makes the lines not very desirable. Makes it a tough decision to shop if you have a toddler/someone who doesn't like waiting in lines.

Visited This Ross And Was Surprised To Receive Such Excellent Service From Lilly At Register #2! She Was So Nice And Helpful, And Although The Line Was Long, Managed To Help Me With Items From The Jewelery Counter! I Found A Great Deal And With Lilly's Help, Walked Away A Very Happy Camper! Thank You Lilly And Ross Ming Avenue For A Great Shopping Experience 👍👍

Love love love this store. Unfortunately there was a short handed staff oj 10.30 but cashier was efficient, patient, and very friendly. I hope customers were nice to him! Everything was organized even better than preCOVID. They also make intercom announcement of anything they notice. Got a lot of great clothes for my babydoll and amazing prices. Ps i got all the throw pillows !!

This location seems to get very crowded especially in the afternoon however, I enjoy coming here because of the great customer service. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and process. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who's looking for good deals on everyday

In some areas it was organize. First time here and I like how it had more options . Very long lines and a few cashiers ,they need more cashiers to help the other ones . Staff nice .

Went to 2 Ross' today. California Ave was clean and well organized. Later went to Ming Ave...cluttered and Packed! Workers pleasant, prices Great!

I love going to Ross! Every time I go it isn't too crowded and the staff is always nice! Theirs a lot to choose from and at very great prices!!! ☺
