I love the nursery section. Store is clean and organized. A lot of selection of Christmas decor and Halloween.

Very clean inside. Didn't interact with any of the employees so don't have any comment on their customer service. Have lots of items in stock. Very spacious parking lot plenty of parking spaces. Their garden section is also well taken care of. Very happy with out stop.

Charlie was a great help, with out him it would have taken me a full hour loading the lumber into my truck. And refused to take a tip

I'm pro rewards member and I've been shopping at Home Depot for decades. I've only had pleasant experiences weather it be at my on the coast or my house in the valley. If I had to complain about something it wouldn't be the staff but, inventory...I wish you sold epoxy by the half or gallon. That's about the only time I have to go to Lowes to something I need.

Thank you to Manny and Joe for being the only two associates at this Home Depot to actually help me get my items into my car. They helped me without hesitation and were very apologetic to my lack of customer service.

Staff was really friendly. Every time we walked by an employee they always asked if we needed help. We went to recycle our lightbulbs. I didn't know that they offered that service. Nice experience at this location.

Went yesterday 8/9/23. Thank you, Mr. DeLeon. I was shopping, and as I was looking at power tools, I put my phone down. Later, I realized my phone wasn't on me. Mr. DeLeon called my phone 6 times, and finally, the panick ended. Now that's good customer service. Purchased 3-4 hundred dollars of needed items in store.

For all your home needs this location has it all! I recently stopped by for a new garden hose and they had a good selection!

Great! The paint guy on Tuesday evening is very helpful. I think his name was Zake. Great parking. And oh. This location always has stuff.

I went to buy plumbing and land scaping materials and I got all under one roof!! The prices were affordable and pocket friendly as compared to other stores. Staffs really assisted me to locate items easily. I highly recommend this place for persons who want good guality and affordable materials for your home DIY materials and equipment. Keep it up !!!!

Today at the garden center I had a bad experience with the big guy at self check out. I called the supervisor Rudy who made sure I was happy and apologized for the guys behavior. I really appreciate Rudy going out of his way to make things right. It's hard to find good customer service now a days. It's important to thank and acknowledge those people who go out of there to make things right.

It's always a good place to shop for DIY house remodeling goods and tools. The staff at this particular location in Bakersfield CA are the friendliest and most helpful- at least that's been my experience.

Great experience with first entering the building. Automatically was greeted and asked if I needed any help with anything. Afterwards 2 other associates did the same thing and were really helpful during our shopping experience. So if you not only want to make sure you get the stuff you need and any help you may need to find it, then I would recommend coming to this store.

Every staff member I asked for help was very friendly and helpful. Not only directed me to the area of the store that contained what I was looking for but walked me to the item and went over a couple options. This is the main reason shop at this store. The service is always top notch.

This is the biggest Hope Depot I have every seen! Not much help with getting questions answered. But we lucky to find a very kind and responsive young person on the floor who guided us right to what were looking for 👍

I guess it depends on what ever home depot that you go to
