The BEST customer service and employees. I needed help with a cart I had of heavy waters/soda packs and without explanation the young lady at self checkout got someone to help me. This was extremely appreciated because I had another cart of groceries along with my 3 yr old. Aiden was the gentleman who helped me take, unload groceries and return my carts! He went ABOVE and BEYOND and still wouldn’t take the tip that he so much deserved after multiple attempts. I truly hope management sees this and does something special for him as he very kindly declined my money yet graciously accepted my thank yous. Thank you again!

I was pleasantly surprised the first time I shopped at this location. I have been shopping there for a few years now and I love it. They are always stocked and the store is clean. The manager of this store deserves to be acknowledged for such a good store. I've been to other neighborhood markets all around Bakersfield and they are very poorly managed, always low on stock and dirty, lines practically out the door and just all-around horrible. But this one on Brundage definitely knows what they are doing! I just hope it stays that way.

Always has what I need. I like the self checkout when I have less than 25 items

I spoke with Miguel from the online ordering department and he was so helpful! He stopped the delivery person from leaving the parking lot so that he could correct my order. The whole store has been remodeled. We were totally confused with the new setup. The self checkout is the future.

Ok today I went to Walmart store on Oswell I was waiting like good 10 minutes I ask a lady on yellow best that if there whas more cashier's lady whas struggling with her card she opened next register and took care of me and a old man got happy said some one has to say something thank you guys Walmart is doing the job making customers feel 😊

Fast shopping experience and I always seem to find just what I need. Love this place. Its our place for cold cuts, essentials, household necessities, or even to pick up that missing ingredient for dinner. Friendly staff, always helpful, especially the staff around the store. Definitely recommend.

The pickup feature is great. Order online and they bring it to your car. They even do a good job picking produce. I usually mess that up so my wife has been happy that our produce is getting selected better.

I’ll usually go here if it’s just a quick trip. It usually has what I’m looking for but using the Walmart app really helps. And items are where they say they are on the app so it helps find things a lot faster. Finding a parking space when I went it looked to be really busy because I had to do a few circles but once I went in there wasn’t many people inside so that was great!

Clean, still almost new smelling. Except I ran in once to use the restroom, literally running to the toilet. Then it hits me as I'm sitting there enjoying my pee that *dundundun* I forgot my mask. As I hurry to wash my hands to run out of there faster than I ran in, becuz of me regarding my mask. A manager stopped me to tell me I had to leave the store immediately 😡. I WAS RUNNING TO LEAVE, & she had to stop me still. Lol. Covid gave to many people(aka non managers, everyday people,anyone!) feeling of what actual managers should be doing.

Its okay, can't get too tired walking all over the store, which is very good. Pharmacy very nice &helpful. Cashier was very nice also. Very good, easy,fast & of course beats quickie type expensive lil stores. Far better& reasonable.

I now shop at this Walmart because the employees are much friendlier and more helpful. They offer pickup where you can purchase groceries online and they bring out to your car or even get them delivered! I like that it’s clean even the bathroom. It’s not over crowded because it’s only groceries and a section to pick up a few necessities if you need them.

This was a good place to save some money, they had everything I wanted.

I left my debit card at the register and the cashier left her customer to run out and catch me before I left. I wanted to hug her but now a days u dont do that. I hadn't paid my Bill's yet so someone would have gotten all my bill money. I must go back and give her a tip. I just thought of that. U can bet I will.

I went there for a grocery pickup.. 1st time vety good experience i wasn't sure how it worked so I went inside to the customer service both was attended to promptly and properly was given direction and got my completed order and was off no wait time at a ll was very pleased with the service. .I would recommend this service to everybody!,;Time saving and applause to the shoppers?
