Waited 2 years to find a place because last time I went to someone with little experience in her craft, I had to wait 6-7 months to have all my eyebrow hair back to try it again,.. never went back and held out ever since, today I decided to research some areas and I can tell you, there’s a reason they have the most reviews! The ONLY place I’ll go in Fresno for over 5 years now. Carolina is so sweet and personable and makes you feel like family. She always does such a great job shaping my eyebrows to best fit my face and getting in to have them done is simple and quick through her booking system and/or walk-in options. The salon is always so peaceful and clean. She’s done an amazing job creating such an inviting and special experience for her clients. Simply the BEST!

I have been going to Carolina at Brow Beauty for 10+ years. She always does her best on my brows and everyone elses. I watch her and the way she is with all of her clients, she is very personable and truly cares about her people. She is also very good about communicating with her clients about the day(s) she will be gone by posting on her website; which is not very often… but when she is gone the shop is still open with her assistant there to take care of your needs.
I will continue to go to her until she retires:)

I love getting my eyebrows done by Carolina she pays close attention to all my eyebrow needs. I am particular and if I ask for something new or different she does not hesitate to help me. I like getting my eyebrows and tinting by her she makes sure I always leave happy.

Carolina is so kind! shes the one that does my brows when i go every once in a while. i love the way she cleans me up and shapes my brows! leaves me feeling soo clean and put together. i’ve gotten another girl when Carolina wasn’t in, but she was just as nice and good, great service and very welcoming☺

The owner did so amazing on my eyebrows making them even though where I got them done before had completely messed up my shape. Although she had tons of clients before and after me she found time to squeeze me in she didn’t rush at all and did a very good job at communicating what she was doing and letting me explain how I wanted my eyebrows.
