Storage facility is clean and secured. I had no problem finding the locker and getting in......the only problem was finding the exit pad to get out☺.

Very friendly staff. Place is close by the base. My daughter forgot to lock the storage one day and they emailed me right away to secure it.

I called here with pricing questions and questions about the unit specifications and was met with respect, professionalism and courtesy at every turn! I absolutely loved my experience with Christie. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions without hesitation or irritation. I never felt rushed and I felt very comfortable with asking such specific questions.

I rented a U-Haul from this location. Very convenient location for DuPont residents, the online reservation process is easy to use, and the staff is extremely user-friendly. There was an accident on I-5 which snarled traffic and they didn't charge me extra for missing the dropoff time. The truck and facility was remarkably clean, and the front office is conveniently stocked with boxes, tape, etc. Will certainly recommend this location to others!

I walked in seeking information about renting a uhual but also I wanted to ask about storages. Christie was so helpful. She was so informative and was really patient showing me the different storages even though I was not seeking to rent until July. I had such a postive experience and was skeptical because of the reviews of the manager, but was put at ease with Christie’s inviting positive personality. The facility was incredibly clean. She had great customer service and was so patient with all the questions I had. I definitely recommend this facility and seeing Christie if your interested in renting a Uhaul or storage unit.

Great storage locations. Associates are helpful. Ended up moving my storage items into my new home and was promptly refunded my paid up storage payment. Also rented clean and serviceable uHaul trucks at this location.
