Super fast service! I needed new tags since the ones DMV sent me were extremely faded, and they helped me out super fast. Was out in minutes. The employees are also really nice and will greet you with a smile. Amazing customer service

Glad that I don't have to go To DMV and wait in a long line. I just waited few minutes, pay my registration ang get my sticker with no hassle. Staff are nice and friendly.

I’ve been coming to this place for long time now and never really had any issues with insurance or customer services. In fact they were very helpful when I had crash on my old motorcycle (hit black ice) years ago and helped settle with nice payout. Not sure why people are mentioning about bad customer service in their reviews so chances are it was the customer, not the service that was being difficult ?🤷‍♂

Great fast service when I need to complete the registration for a Harbor Freight trailer kit. Brought in the certificate and receipt, got the VIN inspected and walked out with the plate and registration. Much better than the DMV.

We realized we hadn't gotten a renewal for our tags and were heading north the next morning. So next morning headed north stopped in Bakersfield walked in and within 2min were walking out with our tags. The fastest and most polite AAA We have been too! Thank you

Great customer service! I only waited about 2 minutes but they got busy right before closing. I went in for misc things at their DMV. Definitely much faster than the normal DMV. But just giving you a heads up, they only take CASH or CHECK... NO CARDS. Hope that helps : )

As much as I despise AAA, my experience with the DMV office within the branch was exceptional. Despite being very busy they moved with a perfect urgency, but didn't make me feel rushed. I wasnt expecting much, but the clerk was knowledgeable and polite. She was able to complete a title transfer that I began online, which saved me from having to risk sending the pink slip through the mail. Overall I'm very satisfied with the visit.

Love this place. Come on an indoor dmv how great is that. The wait is very quick and the staff are awesome. This is the best insurance company that my wife and I could have ever joined. I just wonder what took us so long to join. What a waste of money on those other insurance companies. Plus all the discounts and offers that you get from vacations, to movie or concert tickets to everyday store shopping discounts as well. If you don't have AAA you are throwing your money away and missing out. So do yourself a favor and check out all their policies that they offer.

We just switched over to AAA and wanted to stop into the local office because I wanted to get a welcome kit. We were very impressed with the level of service we received. Debby, the rep. that helped us, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She gave us quite a few maps and travel guides that i haven't been able to find online or anywhere else. She also told us about some of the services they offer as well as some of the benefits available to us through our membership. I have to say, the local branch definitely lives up to the reputation that AAA has for being one of the best in the business. Thank you Debby. We really appreciated all your help today!!

It's great place to get your dmv stuff done. Hade to wait about 25 minutes but there was an employee of AAA that came around and handed out some bottled water for the people that were waiting. When I got to the counter the person helping me had a great attitude all in all my experience with them was great even with the wait.

Got a way cheaper rate of insurance by switching to them. We will see how we are treated during an accident, usually tells all about a company. So far great. Have added home insurance, rental insurance and have their tow package as well for $250 a month. Cheaper than my other insurance by 75 dollars. Went with a third party insurance cause of points and was treated horribly had to pay out of pocket for rental and had to pay deductible for my car getting hit in front of my house with no one in it. If you could get set up with them I would highly recommend. The coverage of accident we would be covered more than previous insurance. Very happy with the switch

A+++ Everyone was super helpful got me in and out in 20mins I became a new member paid for my new registration that was late with no fees helping me avoid the lines at DMV which was awesome. Thank you very much AAA. I highly recommend taking advantage of their services.

Monday 10Am is the best time to go. There was no line got right in. I was there for a passport photo but I'm usually there for DMV stuff, reg, license plate, titles etc..

Staff are friendly and pretty quick. Can do a lot of the things that you can do at the DMV without the big crowd or slower times. Just to note if you are doing any DMV transactions. Payment has to be paid by cash or by check. They cannot accept credit card or debit for these transactions. Can get maps and other information while there.

I couldn't believe how great the customer service was! No offense to the "New way of delivering Cust Serv" which is dry. The staff was courteous, they were Active listeners, Honest, direct yet no rudeness in Thier tone. Thank you AA for the experience & for the products. I am insured & Josh V. Is such a pleasure to work with!
