This store has A variety of clothes and many more items to choose from with great prices. Although the lines can be long the customer service is by far the best in town even on a busy Sunday my Cashier has a smile on her face.

Yesterday a homeless man entered the premises and started harassing the employees and customers with pepper spray. I was shopping for a new shirt and he also came up to me asking me if I wanted to get pepper sprayed. The loss prevention team stepped in and took appropriate action towards this man who was threatening people with bodily harm. Thank you to the loss prevention team at Burlington who helped keep the customers safe. If it was not for the loss prevention team Burlington could’ve faced some serious legal issues for allowing that man to be in the premises.

I really like the Burlington coat factory. The clothes are really cute. They have a big selection of merchandise at good prices. The store is clean and so are the restrooms. The store gets very busy but is worth it.

Had a great selection of clothes for my twin boys to choose from for school!! They were very happy customers and want to go back!! My boys are 8... LOL, got them young! Very friendly and professional staff...very helpful for me when my health didn't keep up with the task at hand. Thank you!

Branden is awesome, he has exceptional customer service! He had my lay away ready for me at the front when I arrived and helped me with my additional purchase. It’s the best experience I’ve had at the store and I come pretty often for lay away usage, I didn’t even mind the wait in the long line at the time (and I’m pregnant and my back hurts so it says a lot lol) thank you so much Branden! It’s hard to find young people in customs service that act like they WANT to be at work. Very refreshing.

New to town in this was my first stop Great place to shop in find everything you need cashiers was great very friendly also lost prevention was amazing especially the tall young man with dreadlocks he handle this rude mad lady beautifully he didn't lose his composer with explaining to the lady why she only had 15 minutes to shop great work young man great job Burlington definitely coming back

There's always something for everybody there and at a very affordable price range. You may have to look through the selection that may be a little out of order but it's an excellent lineup of product. All personnel very nice people
