CVS

I never got a call for my prescriptions being ready. I never got a call to let me know they received my insurance information. I waited weeks to hear anything, and I finally had to walk in. They did not seem busy, yet I did not receive a call. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I got Yvonee. I hope that's her name. She explained the situation they were in and helped me get my prescriptions filled. I was planning on finding a new pharmacy, but because of Yvonne, I will be sticking with CVS. DO NOT GET RID OF HER, or my business will go with her. She's the reason for a 5-star review and the time it takes to actually review.

Every time I try to shop I feel like the employees are waiting for me to try and run out the door, they all gather by the door until I get thru the cash register. I go there now only to use the ATM. I always thank them for the use of the machine and I always feel like I am being watched.
I asked the pharmacist about the medicine I was taking and she just ignored me. I spent a lot of money in the back at the pharmacy register, I went down a isle instead of walking straight thru, and got escorted out to the parking lot.

On my recent visit, Nigel provided an exceptional service. He went above and beyond to assist me finding what I was looking for. He provided me with useful information about the product and even made some recommendations based on my preferences, I appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to help!

The manager at the CVS that I visited is one of the most helpful and kindest at the store.

The cashier, Elijah made me believe in customer service again. He went out of his way to help me with the ATM machine and was very friendly. It is hard to find employees like him anymore. He stayed very polite when a customer was getting verbally aggressive with him. I would like to commend him for his professionalism. Please give a gold star to Elijah( or a raise).

It’s just a shame how everything is locked up due to theft, just walking in and taking items and running out the door. This world has changed.

I got a covid vaccination there today and had a great experience. The pharmacist did a masterful job, I didn't feel the needle at all. It was the most painless injection of my life. The pharmacy technicians were also wonderful. Even other customers there today were friendly and helpful.

This is a really nice store to shop at! They have great coupons that save you a lot of money and it's quick and easy to purchase your items and go, so much better then going to a Wal-Mart!
CVS is my favorite go to store!

Update: Today I went to CVS again and as always great customer service.
But today I want to give a shout out to an employee named Paige. She was so kind and patient with me and she was so helpful with my coupons! She didn't rush me to hurry up at the register while I asked her questions about my coupons and how to use them , and at my age that's important. So thank you to PAIGE for your kindness at the register.

I have had only really positive and professional services at this CVS Pharmacy, everything’s ready when they promise it, and no matter how busy they are, they’re are still very friendly and smiling. The last CVS I was going to on South Union was always running out of medications, to make sure they had it...I had to call them 1 Day in advance to make sure that they had it in stock. It wasn’t fun having to do their job for them!
I recommend this pharmacy and store.

The entire store gives it's best, regardless if I've gotta cold and no-no else at other stores would even respond, these guys helped me out. That says alot. The pharmacy is always in HIGH GEAR, working as hard as possible, making life easy for everyone involved. The entire store is always clean, and makes sure to let every single customer feel like they've been personally taken care of. Thanks again, and CHEERS to the employees that make this place tick! Keep up the good work!

Kyle was a huge help this evening. We came in a little loud and happy from a family gathering. Ready to wet our beaks with some discounted spirit gift sets. Kyle was very helpful. Let us know the box sets were on sale. A further discount if you mix and match atleast 6. When we forgot the popcorn, Kyle made sure to instruct us to use a couple of inches of the 2 yards of coupons to end up only paying 0.39 cents for the large bag of popcorn. Kyle has made it a memorable experience. I would drive out of my way to visit this store. Kudos Kyle. Keep up the great work.

Its amazing what these employees and pharmacists accomplish considering how understaffed they are!
