I had my first visit here recently with a nurse practitioner. We had a big miscommunication. I was disappointed by this. Maybe I didn't express the importance of the problem I was experiencing. Although, I felt it was self evident. Anyway, after a ten minute long contentious discussion, they finally snapped out of the loop of "we must follow our procedure" and helped me. I've been there as a worker before. There are policies that must be followed and some customers don't want to fit into that box. I don't want to be that customer. But we aren't arguing about a warranty on a piece of plastic here. This is my existence we are talking about. I didn't have time for them to follow their order-of-operations. I don't appreciate the extra stress but I do deeply appreciate that they went out of their way to give me what I came there for. That is all that really matters.

Every time I go in it is always a positive experience. The girls behind the counter are only trying to do their job and with the attitudes of some patients that come in there it’s a wonder that they stay there but they do because they are good at what they do because if it was me I would be ringing a lot of necks. If the attitudes were left at the door and give them a chance to do their jobs you just might find this is a great place with a lot of wonderful people.

I like this doctor, I don't have complaints. They have done really well at this office and fixed the issue they had with referrals. The doctors are nice and helpful, Alicia goes above and beyond and I'm very thankful for her. Robert is kind and helpful and does his best as well. I think most of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Clinic environment usually busy but moves along well. Appears to be run very efficiently. Staff is friendly. Nurse Practitioner Alicia is delightfully helpful and considerate. Frank with advice, genuine in concern. A refreshing change from other Tehachapi physicians.

Lab work done on site a definite convenience. Easy to access from freeway with adequate parking.

From personal experience as well as observation would highly recommend as a family General Practice. You are ahead of the pack with people that care about your well being.

Although over the past year OMNI has done a poor job at informing those patients who require ongoing care due to chronic and debilitating diseases of the rotation of providers they seem to have been going through. Although this has caused myself and many others a lot of issues, they now have a new doctor at the Tehachapi office that has made staying with them worth it, Dr. McLemore. As a nurse that has worked with doctors in both hospital and outpatient settings and as a patient with a progressive autoimmune disease who has seen many doctors/specialist, she is by far my favorite. I feel so blessed and hopeful to now have her in my corner. Anyone looking for an extremely competent, empathetic, understanding doctor with good communication skills look no further. Thank You Dr. McLemore!

Dr. McLemore is amazing! Alicia the Nurse Practitioner is great too! I had a lot of problems last year with the service but since I’ve been seeing these two they care.

I really heard bad things about this place. But, I have to experience it before I bash it. I am a couple months new to Tehachapi and seriously its been a great experience... I have foster kids and they have different insurance.Omni accept kern valley and straight medical. Quick appointments, I didnt have to wait untill the next month, what a relief... Also everything is in one building... Dentist, lab, urgent care and medical. Everything is clean and staff is very professional.

Great clinic and staff. Its always clean and team members are organized. I Love that everything is all in one place from dr.s to labs, and even some specialty care services.

There is a bit of a wait sometimes, but when you get to see the Drs, they are amazing, caring and very compassionate. My son and I come here and love the care we get.

Been going there for several years now. Great staff, and after all that’s what’s important. They always take care of me and my wife. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Alicia is knowledgeable and personable. She is caring, patient and puts people like myself who have anxiety at ease. .

I was treated in the ER for a COPD exacerbation. They were all so nice. Small ER but efficient. Recomend

Tehachapi Omni WHOLE staff from front office to back office to the Medical providers, Chiropractor AND Dental are AMAZING!So grateful for each staff member, been going for yearz and I wouldnt change a thing!!!!

Good place for the family friendly staff and good doctors they can have a bit of a waiting time but we'll worth it
