Barnes and Noble provided the perfect place to celebrate my younger sister's birthday. The environment felt safe enough for her and her two friends to explore the bookstore independently, creating a comfortable environment. The dedicated section for little ones kept my toddler entertained, making the visit enjoyable for everyone. The icing on the cake was our stop at the cafeteria, where we showed each other our new treats while enjoying a drink. Overall, Barnes and Noble delivered a fantastic experience for both kids and adults alike.

Today I was trying to buy a planner (as one does in December) and I found one I loved but it didn’t have any kind of price tag on it. Of course it was the only one of its kind. Luckily, my cashier Danielle was dedicated in locating the correct product in their system and ringing me up in a quick, friendly, and professional manner. Don’t think I’ve ever had a negative experience at this store, but Danielle’s positive attitude and great service made me want to leave this review today.

Great store. Was able to get help from a very knowledgeable and friendly employee, he was able to show me right to the books i was looking for, even had a few good recommendations. I really liked the selection of toys as well. Store was slightly messy, but not to bad, definitely will be back here next time I need a book.

I have membership. It is the best place to get any kind of Books and also you can be able to sit and read as well. One of my favorite place for sure

I’m love this book store so much. My teachers discount card had expired and I didn’t have a current ID with my school because of covid and everything not operating as usual. They honored my card regardless of that which was great. An excellent selection of books as well. My son found a war hammer book to read and I found a couple books I have been wanting to read. We left happy.

Unsure of this is just specific to this B&N but they have a pretty hefty selection of tabletop games and card games! I was surprised!

There was also a section of the store reserved for all the other nerdy IPs and brands towards the back (models, funko pops, art books, etc).

The layout was pretty spread out for the store, yet everything was easy to navigate. Didn't feel to crowded even with a lot of people.

Clean, organized, and plenty to choose from. You can enjoy a cup of coffee while reading. Good place for buying books.

First time at this location. Staff was very nice. They helped me order a book they didn't have in stock. I saw they had a bunch of great cook books, that was probably my favorite section.

This is a great place with more than awesome books. They have music, including vinyl records, hardware to play and store the records, awesome toys, and a coffee shop. Not to mention the customer service is awesome.

I love books. So this place is like a wonderland for me. Great little cafe for reading and loads of selections! Yes please!

Used to go here all the time when I worked at memorial hospital as a screener. I never walked out without a good book in my hand. You want Harry Potter, hunger games, asoiaf, dictionary? I’m sure they got it. The ppl in this city are generally not good ppl in my opinion, just “weirdos”. Here I don’t have to hear todays “agendas”. Thank God this place is here, feels like 2001-2015 normal years. I miss those days.

I really liked how patient and caring their employees are. Also they have a great selection of books.

I don't know about y'all, but I enjoy going to book stores. B&N has a good selection of books and gifts for all ages.

Clean bathrooms, cheesecake factory and starbucks cafe, grest sales, friendly staff, lots of chairs and nooks. I brought my dog in her stroller and no one bothered me. All around great experience. Not a very good religious section, but the manga and graphic novel section is fantastic.

Well stocked with helpful staff that seem genuinely happy to be there. They keep the music locked up sometimes but again, helpful staff so not a problem. Super impressed with everyone's great attitude during the crazy holiday shopping season.

We love Barnes and Noble! Even my 2 kids get excited to go there, they have a very big selection of books with every genre. An entire corner of the store is dedicated to the kids and they feel more than comfortable and welcome, which of course, makes my shopping trip easier and more enjoyable! Cherry on top, they have a Starbucks inside, so you can cozy up with a new book and a coffee in their lil cafe area, downside they don't let you use the Starbucks app though.
