Centric Health - Dr. Susan Hall, MD

5 years a patient, retired Navy veteran. I've read the reviews here and I have no idea where the negative comments come from. Dr. Hall has helped me tremendously in everything from quitting smoking to a proper diet for my GI issues. She is straightforward on ALL my health isdues. Appointments are EASY to make (not 4 hours) and her staff is professional and courteous. I have my annual physical today and am looking forward to it.
I highly recommend her.

I just started visiting Dr. Hall's office this year with my elderly mother. I'm new at taking care of mom and learning so much. Doctor Hall and her staff are always polite, and seam genuinely concerned regarding my mother. Dr. Hall never rushes and goes over every single lab test, medications and anything else we need to talk about. She answers all of our questions and even suggests we get a notebook specifically for questions we have for her at our next visit. I've only come in contact with Destiny so far and she's always great! Love her! No complaints here. Thanks Dr. Hall!!

My daughter and I have been going to Dr hall for twelve years. I have always been referred out if needed my daughter has been sent to specialist for surgery, broken bone, etc Dr hall is easy to talk to and she explaines things easy to understand.

Excellent care and detail to the medical issue. Takes time to listen with absolutely no feeling of being rushed. Very compassionate and easy to talk to. Notes on visit and lab reports available on web portal. Can also communicate directly with Dr. Hall through the portal. Have used it many times regarding medication questions. Highly recommended,

I have been a patient of Dr Hall, since she opened her practice, approximately 15 years ago. I have seen her NP, Terri Steinberg, since she joined the practice, about 8 years ago.

Both, Dr Hall and NP Steinberg, provide EXCELLENT CARE! They are both, VERY COMPASSIONATE, and TRULY CONCERNED about their patient's health.

I have seen some comments regarding the, "Long wait times." I have experienced this as well, but in defense of both, Dr Hall and NP Steinberg, I understand why this happens every once in a while.

Unlike other Health Practitioners, they spend the time that is NEEDED, to address ALL of the patient's issues and concerns, which can cause them to fall behind the schedule. I would rather wait a little bit longer to see Dr Hall or NP Steinberg, because I know that I will get all of my issues and concerns addressed, unlike other practitioners, who stick to a clock, and view me as a time slot, instead of a human being.

professional, genuine, and accommodating.
My family and I will continue to utilize, these two outstanding Health Care Providers :-)

This was my first visit.I am so very thankful to Dr.Hall and ALL her staff.They were very friendly,the office was clean,and comfortable.Dr. Susan Hall treated me better than I have ever been treated,and has restored my faith that I had lost in Doctors.I can finally look forward to better days thanks to her❤

Love her NP, Terri Steinberg. Very competent and compassionate. Has done a great deal for me in terms of my health and getting me in the right medications.

I've been debating whether to share this story but right now I'm sitting in the waiting room for a different doctor. I'm extremely nervous because of my interaction with Dr Hall.

I always thought that people would think that it's embarrassing but it turns out people are just very combative about it.

A number of years ago when it was time for her to start recommending adult tests I told her that because I hadn't had a romantic partner that I didn't want to get a pap. Her response was to tell me to get over myself.

The same is still true and I'm nervous that this new doctor is going to deny me a surgery because of it. No I won't elaborate. Thanks for the stress.
