I went their looking for sour/bitter oranges for a Mojo pork marinade and found a better option, a big jug of Mojo marinade. Also picked up some marinated meats. Good stuff.

Best Mexican butcher in town. My wife is Mexican and we always come here to find what we need for parties, dinners etc. Good beer selection. The produce selection is good but you have to carefully choose what you buy. Great house made salsas and chicharrones.

This store has many Mexican and Caribbean items. They sell fresh food too, I didn't try it but a worker told me that they make it every day.

I've been looking for the main ingredients for Arroz Con Pollo since I visited Cost Rica earlier this year (Archiote paste and Lizano Salsa).
I looked in the big chain stores in Tacoma and couldn't find it but this delightful store had it.
The store has an authentic feel to it and the people who work here are friendly and helpful.

Really good limited Mexican items. Has Carneceria (butcher), pan dulce (sweet bread), arroz con leche (rice pudding), antojós (snacks), products from mexico.

They have everything you could want if you are making any type of Spanish dish to keep it authentic and candy to remind me of home in AZ. While your there you really gotta have a chicharron. Made fresh and soooooo much better when there still hot when you eat them.

I cooked their regular carne asada for my family and it was amazing. Very tender with a subtle citrus and savory element. Their refried beans and salsas are excellent, too. I'll be coming back very soon.

The cleanliness is on par with other carnicerias. Not filthy, but not totally clean. Personally, I find it to be a part of the overall experience. I highly recommend giving this market a try.

Hand made tortillas and all the hot food is really good you can take it to go or eat here. They bake cakes to order very good cakes and Mexican sweet bread. Staff is very friendly and have lots and lots of products from Latin America candy, pots, pans and so much more definitely check it out if you're in this area.

I shop for groceries here. Pretty good selection, great butcher counter and make excellent chicharrones de carne, great salsas de arbol and habanero. Also love takeout from the deli/prepared food counter. They make excellent carnitas and birria, and will make you a burrito of either which is a great lunch for two, they're big. Very good menudo, on weekends. Also lately I've been picking up chiles rellenos for a quick dinner, those are not cheap but they are very tasty.

Great stuff here but especially love the deli. Get your chicharonnes, carnitas, arrechera, everything! I love ordering by the pound for parties with there house made tortillas. The best!

Great Mexican Market and Prepared Food. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Lots of products from Mexico. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. International money services too.

Moved up here from So Cal. Few years ago. Haven't been able to find a Good Tamale until I found La Huerta. Gracias

They've never not had exactly what I was looking for or more importantly what I needed at that moment! Poor grammar...yes, TAF... hells yeah!!! 😂

I love this market! Lots of fresh options of meats and produce, hot and ready tamales and pupusas and an amazing selection of pan dulce.

Great in store baked goods. Desserts. Bread with cream cheese filling or just regular bread. Produce was ok as well

They always have really friendly staff and always have these really good pastries and sweet bread. Also they have a great butcher

Terrific they had chicaronnies fresh and meat was just out the cooler wat a great stop.totally worth it.

Highly recommend the carnitas here, they also have just about any other mexican product you can think of.
