I have to start first by talking about how pleasant Terri in the office is. I waited to the last minute to contact them about getting my car in to look at brakes and things, just overall maintenance. She informed me that they did not have time but she keep my name on the list just in case. She called me back and let me know that they had room and they squeezed me in.

David is awesome. I am not the biggest car guru and I get Very nervous taking my car in anywhere. He was calm and  told me my options and explained everything to me. He even showed me parts and explained why he felt it was necessary to do the things that we needed to get done. I did not feel like I was getting ran over or played. He and his team not only got my rotors done, worked on a belt and the other things, the got me out that day even after squeezing me into their busy schedule.

After that work, another issue popped up and they got me right in. They ordered parts and drove me home! They were able to get my car out very fast.

It was a very expensive couple of days for me, but I walked away feeling secure in the work they did for me. I appreciate the honesty and comfort they gave me while working on my car. I hope to not have to come back anytime soon, but when and if I need car work done it will be through David, Terri and the rest of the team at Mt. Euro Mechanics.

I have been going here for a year and a half. I can not say enough good things about them. They take great care of my car.

Last year, I was so nervous about getting my car repaired. My elderly neighbor recommended David with glowing remarks. I had some costly repairs done. The part that was sold by the dealership malfunctioned, and David replaced it without charging labor, and he had the dealership pay for the part. The part broke again, and he replaced it for free again. THAT part failed. He showed me the part, and it had literally dissolved. The plastic was so cheap. The dealership sent a faulty part 3 times! He bought a metal version for a different car and customized it to fit my car. It has NOT failed. He literally worked a miracle by making a part that didn't exist.

He showed me what was going on each time I came in. I was able to Google what was happening with my car and saw that it was a very common problem with my model.

He charged me a fair price in the beginning to do a pretty costly diagnosis and repair. But then, when something happened that was beyond his control, he looked out for me and did not charge me another cent.

Tracey always looks out for me, and I know I can trust my vehicle with David. I will be coming back in the future even when my vehicle is not European.

The only place I take my car for service. Foreign, domestic... They do it all.

The customer service was outstanding and the charges for the repair were totally reasonable!! Will definitely return.

These guys were absolutely fantastic! Travelling down from Canada, about a thousand miles from Home, my 1992 Euro Van lost all its coolant and I was stuck on the side of Hwy 58 on a Sunday afternoon. I needed to identify where to have the vehicle towed and these guys came highly recommended and I can totally see why!!! I had the car towed to their parking lot, which was pretty full with vehicles looking to be serviced. I came back in the morning and the guy's were amazing. He said he'd take a quick look, but was very busy. He immediately identified that the coolant reservoir cap had failed and busted and was no longer holding pressure. He tested and confirmed that the system was good and ordered a cap to fit my car. He then went further and identified that the drivers side fan was not running. He diagnosed the situation further and found a cracked fuse was the culprit with the drivers side fan. No fuses are available for my old Van, so he built to fit and installed an inline fuse and had me back on the road that afternoon. I just cannot say enough good things about these guys!!! Good and fair pricing, great mechanical skills, so very, very helpful.... Wish they were closer to my home :).

Excellent work, they cleaned everything they touched and only recommend the best quality replacement parts. I highly recommend them if you care about your car. Very fair price also, they quoted slightly more than half of another shop in town for my timing belt and the work was great.

David and his crew are fantastic! Everytime I've used this shop I've not only been treated with respect but also received top notch service at an reasonable price and the quality of craftsmanship is great. Will definitely return for future autowork needs.

After going to my regular mechanic several times with no resolution, I found these people got me in right away. They were not only honest but thorough. I’m looking to many miles in my new to me car. If I ever need more work done this will be the first and only place I will consider for any repairs.

These people know how to treat their customers! From the minute Sean Finn recommended them, I new they were legit. Office manager Kelly, even knows her stuff. She is able to explain everything that is "auto talk" into laymen's terms and gave me a complete understanding of what was going on with my car, what the game plan would be, and the expected outcome. Her no nonsense approach and commitment to customer satisfaction is what sets this shop apart from everyone else. The owner is to be commended on how he runs his shop with all the right people. Thank you Mountain Euro for taking care of me, for running tests, and for referring me. I appreciate your help in working around my schedule, in helping me manage my rental car drop off, in contacting the my warranty company, in forwarding the results of your diagnostic assessment to the dealership---all in all, I am astonished at how well you run your business and am so grateful and proud you are my hometown auto repair shop! Excellent service, David is excellent to deal with. I would definitely return if I needed anything done for my BMW. Only criticism I would have is for the building owner; let your tenants put up signs over their business, first time customers might have difficulty finding the shop.

I would give 100 star rating if I could! Super honest, didn’t over charge, all around wonderful experience. Our truck runs as good as new.

Great experience! Driving cross-country we broke down on the highway and could not have been towed to a better location. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Great prices, town, and people.

David is absolutely fantastic. Car handle broke, dealer repair shop in Bakersfield quoted me $1400, and I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks. David had it fixed with OEM parts, in three days, and saved me a thousand dollars. Thanks David!

Kelly is a true God send! They helped two stranded college students on a Friday at closing. She recommended two other stops, but ultimately took our car in when no one else in town would. We were able to continue on to Vegas, while they worked on our car. We were given an estimate and a discount on the labor so the estimate could still hold true. Kelly even came in on a Sunday morning to give us the keys and keep on schedule. If I could give a thousand stars I would! Thank you so so much for the help!
