Starbucks

This is by far my favorite location. The Baristas are always very kind and friendly. They've never messed up my order and it starts my work day off on a positive note. Thank you to my Starbucks besties!
I wish the staff were treated better, but they do an amazing job in spite of it.

I absolutely love coming to visit my favorite barista Zachie/Zach. The positivity that I experience when I come in for a coffee run is fun and relatable. Zachie always ask about my day and makes sure my drink is perfect. What a cool part of my day. I will continue to stop at my local Starbucks for an awesome experience.😊

Can't go wrong with Starbucks and this one generally has a lower wait than some others in the area.

Excellent service!! I ordered my drink through the drive thru Tuesday 8/19 right before close and I completely botched my order. When the sweet woman handed me my order I was so embarrassed that I ordered the wrong thing. She and another woman quickly remade my drink and presented it to me with a huge smile. They were so incredibly sweet to me and definitely did not have to go out of their way to fix MY mistake. Honestly made my day to be treated so nicely! Thanks so much!! NEVER a bad experience here!

This location is so friendly! They always ask a question that lets them know a little more about you. My drinks have always been good from here. They also offer the used coffee grounds for your garden here.

Really quick if you go inside, servers are so nice and friendly.

Frappuccino. These employees are super sweet here. One time my bf joked that he wanted a venti cup of happiness to the barista, and that's what they wrote as the name. 🥰

It's a Starbucks in Southtown center. A typical Starbucks cafe. Nothing to add more.

Employee in drive-thru was very engaging, informative and had quite the amount of positve energy. Which is important, especially in the morning when you have not yet had your first cup of coffee. Vendor number Starbucks and had good experiences at a bunch but this has got to be about one of the best. Hopefully they don't have any change of Staff anytime soon! To top it off the lady in the car in front of me apparently paid for my coffee oh, so she ever reads this this is me saying thank you and I'll pay it forward! :-)

Friendly and fast. I'm not an everyday customer, but it's always a treat when I'm in the Southtown neighborhood.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I don’t know what they do differently but the staff is so sincerely lovely and kind. The service is always quick, even when there is a long line of cars in the drive-through. The staff who take your order and who hand off your coffee at the window are cheerful and chat you up. Somehow this always feels genuine, never fake! Going here is honestly a “pick me up” - not because of the coffee but because of their awesome team members!

I'm a weekend regular at this Starbucks. The baristas are very nice! I use personal cups and they never forget the personal cup discount and the extra rewards stars (other locations usually do). They are the best!

The baristas are friendly and hard working. The staff greets you when you walk inside (which is amazing with as busy as they get).

I love the diversity of the staff and appreciate the gender pronouns on the nametags.

The place is always clean and comfortable.

Starbucks Rules what can I say. I’m hooked on their Carmel Frapps. The Kings highway & Chippewa location is great also Tesson Ferry is awesome too. I’ve never had an unfriendly worker take my order. They definitely hire the best workers who know how to represent Starbucks…

Night crew is awesome! Everyone is so kind and always makes my drinks correctly. It seems like the night time might be a little short staffed compared to morning times which can cause issues but everyone even when busy still remains attentive and caring. I love walking in and hearing my name greeted with smiles. Weekend night crew keep me going EVERY time!

This store is always on point. There are some fun people who work here and they have a great vibe! My drinks and food are always correct, and rarely, if something isn't correct, it's fixed immediately! It always seems like this store is so efficient, even when they are slammed.

This is one of my most favorite places to go everyday! The staff is like my family ❤. I told an upset woman to stand down ma'am. These folks are here working hard after someone called off! Don't do them! I'll fight cho face off! Relax, or go somewhere else! U better respect these folks for their service like them military people 😤 ....Salute them too!

Service is top notch. Always fast and friendly. No matter how large and complicated your order is they get it right and get it to you in a reasonably short time. Their coffee is awesome! Wide variety, large selection to choose from. For me it's pretty expensive to drink thier coffee, especially every day but the quality over rides it. It's the best I've ever had!

The staff here are warm and inviting. The store is very clean. It's a smaller space but there is room to focus on work if you wanted to! My drink was perfectly made. I think this may be one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the city.

Standard Starbucks coffee, fruit drinks,, snacks.. Great staff here. They are friendly and fun. The bathroom is always locked, but that will let customers in.
