The best shop around! Mark was absolutely remarkable with customer service and gave great and understanding explanation of necessary exhaust repairs needed. He was extremely fair on quote and repairs were done in a very reasonable time while I waited. I could not have asked for a better experience, if I could give 10 stars, I would.

Amazing guys with a ton of honesty and integrity. I had a pretty strange issue, and in the end decides the cost to fix it wasn't worth it, the amazing part is they waved the fees since they weren't able in the end to help in a way that made financial sense for myself and their business. Not only were they up front with potential costs and were great In talking through that, they were great with offering accomodations or ways for the cost to work out for both of us. It was a great experience working with them and the fact they waved fees they were absolutely entitled to speaks to their honesty and integrity. I would absolutely go to them again and trust them completely.

Mark is great. He always does what he can to get our vehicles back on the road quickly. His prices are reasonable and his work is fantastic. If you need repair service, I highly recommend taking your automobile here first.

My husband & i and our two kids traveling from SE TX to chowchilla Ca for thanksgiving & our car starts to have trouble. After calling everyone on Google Nathan & Mark accepted the car under stipulations it would be next week. We were grateful for that, after failing to get a rental. They decided to go ahead and look at our car since we were stranded. I cannot express how thankful we are for them. We are back on the road, they did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to get your muffler installed !

I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma that had an exhaust leak. I went to another muffler shop that had great reviews. They tried to fix it and informed me they didn’t know why It kept leaking and after taking my money said they couldn’t determine why. Mark at Sheppard’s looked at it and found that the catalytic converter was partially plugged causing too much back pressure. He replaced the cat and fixed the leak. The truck has more power and no leak. Mark was very professional and has a wealth of knowledge allowing him to fix problems timely and correctly. Overall a great experience with his shop!

I had a small dilemma that Mark helped me out with. The job was done right and at a very reasonable price. I offered to pay more to show my gratitude but he didn't accept. I'll be coming back this way for sure if there is anything else I might not be able to take care of on my own. Thanks Mark!

I got a big van for my family. It's an old clunker. Within a few weeks it started to show it's true colors and had multiple little problems until I really needed a professional. I knew to call Sheppard's! Twice in a short period of time I needed their specialty help. All my options were discussed and quotes given for each step of the way. I drove out of the shop parking lot feeling like my old clunker is a luxury family van. Thank you for your time, help and generosity. Best mechanic in town, realistic, honest and down to earth

Mark is going out of his way to fix my exhaust. In the middle of a cross-country road trip I had an exhaust problem and he took care of me like family. Glad I picked him and his shop to repair the problem on short-notice.

Got my honda back on the road, gave me a rough estimate and came in fairly close. My honda crv runs like a champ, no complaints will go back
