I ordered takeout online for lunch today. It was our first time eating here. The beef and chicken gyros on pita had a very generous helping of meat. The pita was soft and the meat was well seasoned. It was a slightly different flavor than I'm used to - seemed more earthy? The cheese baklava was intriguing so I ordered one. Wow - it is a big portion! You could easily share it. I absolutely loved it. I would go here just for the cheese baklava. I was a little underwhelmed by the garlic fries. They were quite soft and seemed to have a stronger (amazing) aroma than flavor somehow. The staff seemed friendly. It looked clean inside. We'll be back to try some other menu items.

Delicious authentic food, healthy choices, homemade cooking and prepared with love and perfection . Loving friendly owners and employees. One visit will not do. You find yourself there weekly or more than once a week. Yes! it is that good. It has shifted my health tremendously.💯❤

We stopped here on our way back from vegas and this place was a pleasant surprise. The food is one of the best Mediterranean food we’ve ever tasted. We had chicken shawarma plate and the hummus and both were amazing. Don’t forget to try their baklava too.

Pictures of the baklava on google brought us in and the food will bring us back! It was so delicious and authentic!! The flavors!! Yummy!! Got 2 full orders of baklava to take home. Ate a piece on the drive.

Delicious! Best Mediterranean food I’ve had in the states since moving back from the Mediterranean. I got the chicken Schwarma plate and it was a perfect combo with the salad and the hummus. Friends as the kebab plate and the vegetarian plate and couldn’t stop eating! Definitely try this place!

We stopped here on a road trip and absolutely loved it! My wife said it was the best falafel she had ever eaten. Perfectly crispy on the outside and still moist inside. The baklava was the best I had ever had for sure! I would drive a little further to eat here instead of what is closer to the gas stations. You won't regret it!

THE REAL DEAL!!! Everything was so flavorful and just perfect! The falafel pita was put together so well, usually they fall apart on me but not this one! The Baba Ghanouj is one of the best I’ve had, with a perfect balance of flavors. And when I tell you get the eggplant Parmesan sandwich I MEAN IT, I don’t normally like red sauce in any application, but it was my favorite item we ordered. The eggplant was out of this world. Thank you for a truly awesome meal!!

Tri-tip gyro is definitely one of a kind, ask when you order to cut in half and it’s perfect for two. Order garlic fries with two drinks is a perfect meal for two!

Decent portion size and authentic flavor. Friendly staff and the owner is kind. Upon arriving they were fast to take our order and there was a short wait for freshly grilled kabobs. The food was definetly worth the wait. This place really lives up to its reviews.

I am a big fan of Mediterranean food, so finding this place that serves delicious and filling food was an awesome experience. The Baklava was really good too!

Great food in town! My favorite their chicken kebab pita, it’s delicious and I always get their baklava for dessert! It’s so yummy! 🙂

Great place for Mediterranean Food! When in Tehachapi, I always find myself here more than once. Lamb, Chicken And Beef Shwarmas, Kibe, Tabule, Tahini, Mjadra! Awesome Mediterranean delicacies served by the owners themselves! Home made and lovingly prepared right there in front of you!

This is my favorite restaurant in Tehachapi. The food is different/exotic; reminds me of my travels in Greece. You can eat vegan if you want, or not.

I’m in Tehachapi bc my fiancée’s mother grew up here and she recommended this spot for dinner. Being from NYC I had low expectations and let me tell you this tasted just as good as what we get in the Big Apple. 7/5 stars, delicious. Will go every time we’re in town!

Great middle eastern cuisine with outdoor dining and spacious indoor dining. Their shawarma is excellent, the lamb is really tasty and tender. The owners are friendly and will individualize your order as you prefer. It's clean, pleasant and the outdoor views are pleasant and breezy. Excellent menu options and wide selection.

I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the before. Well i was only able to get the aftermath I was starving and I love myself a good lamb Mediterranean style. for sure here in the town of Tehachapi California has an amazing Mediterranean restaurant. It is very homemade. I will definitely go back.

We had lunch in Tehachapi at this restaurant & it was perfect. No waiting to order, low price, prepared quickly, delicious food. We got a falafel wrap and a chicken pita.

Petras has excellent food.

Order a Chicken pita and a beer. Very good Food And a beer was tasty.
