Here's what we ate
* Loaded Fried | they are not lying when they say it's loaded. It's packed with all these toppings. Every fry you get is not bare naked.

* Patty Melt | I remember this being my go to sandwich. This or tuna melt. It's been a long time since I had this and it reminds me what I have been missing out on.
* They offer vegan options Patty Melt. They welcome all customers and their lifestyle

* Broasted Chicken Basket | 3 pieces with french fries and coleslaw. This basket is mine. The skin so crispy and the meat so juicy.

* Vegan Meatloaf | because they offered vegan, I had to try it and why not on their well known dish meatloaf. And wow, I won't be able to tell it's vegan. So good!

* Pancake Special | 2 stack, egg, and two bacon or sausage
I got myself a sunny side up and bacon
Typical me would get scrambled or over medium with both bacon and sausage. Got to have it all haha

Food was so delicious. Waitress was amazing, she was working whole place by herself and did not skip a beat. We ate there last night. Great pies for dessert, we had the chocolate cream pie.. Will definitely go again. We were visiting from San Diego and have friends in the area.

Great neighborhood Cafe! Tasty food, generous portions, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. The pie is to die for! And the street this restaurant is on, is adorable! Lots of great shopping. Definitely worth a stop!

Been eating here since going to junior and high school in Tehachapi 50 years ago. Any time visiting this precious town we have to eat here.
Memories!! This place is the best!! Grateful it is still here and doing it all so very well.

This is a throwback diner that offers a wide variety of traditional selections. If you're looking for a good burger, a sandwich, Mexican dishes, basic diner entrees, desserts - you name it, they'll probably have it. If you're a crinkle cut French fries lover, theirs are huge and perfectly prepared. Broasted chicken is another specialty. Service was good, also. Try it, you'll like it. Seriously!

On St. Patrick's Day I ordered the special; corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots. It was hands down the best corned beef I've ever had! It literally melted in my mouth and the rest of my meal was just as good 😋 The service was fast and very friendly. A big thank you to Tanya and all who worked so hard yesterday!

The County Fried Steak was amazing.. Do recommend and will be coming back.

Great little cafe with a good club sandwich and the best crinkle cut fries ever!

This place & its staff is quite something.
The interior is old but in a beautiful vintage way. In no corner do you find spiderwebs, dirt or dust. Everything is clean, yah even the salt shaker, syrup bottle and ketchup.
My kid got her own silverware (no knife incl) and a hot chocolate with whip on top.
They practice love to the detail❣
The food was really good and the service was too.
The waiter has style, let me tell ya. Brushed from head to toe, super nice & you can tell he loves his job & the place 💯
We were there for breakfast but you can always order the vegan chikn nuggets. Another plus point here. Vegetarian & vegan menu options.

We’ll definitely be back. Probably every time when we go to the German bakery across the street. 😋

Very friendly staff BBQ is only served when the farmers market is going on I think the next best dish will be the chicken pot pie in October.

Had the New York strip steak medium rare (perfectly cooked)and it was delicious, sunny side up eggs, homefries, sourdough toast. They offer freshly squeezed OJ, I had 2 (yummy) they offer a vast menu and the staff is amazing.

Breakfast... bomb! Fresh squeezed orange juice... bomb! Can't recommend this place enough.

Went in for a quick lunch. Had the chicken wrap and french fries. Excellent choice. The lettuce was fresh and crisp as were the veggies and the chicken was very tasty. The best part was that they did not drown the wrap in dressing. It was just the right amount! The server was friendly and prompt. I will definitely be back and recommend it. Sorry, forgot to take pictures.

Really great service and food. This place is a historic part of Tehachapi. The waitress went out of her way to make sure I was happy.

I love Kelcy's. They have veggie and vegan options. Staff are always great, too. The back patio is a nice spot. Prices are fair.
