Highest Quality Fast Food In STL City.

I go once a week, as I have since I moved to this area. Always fresh ingredients, always made to order. It takes a little time and the neighborhood isnt great, but the food is worth waiting for.

This Wendy's makes better food than every Wendy's in Saint Louis County - I have eaten at every county location, multiple times. If you want Wendy's, this location is worth driving to the city for.

This Wendy's was great. Very nice people. My food was hot and my order was correct. They even thanked me for coming by. Wow. They get it.

Typically I go to Waffle House if I want to see shenanigans between restaurant staff and customers. No more! This Wendy's location is now the best place to see the worst. Want to be accused of stealing sandwiches when they get your order wrong? Go here! Want to see arguments between counter staff and drive thru customers? Go here! Want to watch the manager escalate that same argument? Go here! The food, even for a Wendy's, is not that great. The drama you may see while you wait for order though... priceless!

Best over all taste!! I love Wendy's over anything.... the good. The bad is, the people who work inside not doing as shown. Also the food is always cold ànd, I guess they try and see how many people leaves the line as long as it takes! Geesh 30 mn just yesterday 😢 sad! Gravois plaza location is pitiful... not again

Still the best Wendy’s in STL because the staff is extremely kind and friendly

(Ordering on the app for carry out that way it gives time to get there and time for my order to be made and you earn point for free items)

I was the 3rd car in the drive thru and got through the line and got my order within 8 minutes. Which ain't bad since I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken takes a few minutes to heat up. Food was real good.

Tyhessia.... That was her name. As a former restaurant store manager. I'd have LOVED to have her as part of my team. She was polite and enthusiastic on the drive through. I could hear her clearly and she repeated the order back perfectly. She was exceptional, and literally locked me in as a permanent customer (I'm new to the city from out-of-state)... I lost my receipt but just found it (one day later...) So I am finishing up the survey and I hope she gets it. Regardless of how busy this location is, they ALWAYS have smiles on their faces (you can see it in their eyes, as they wear masks correctly) and are extremely polite. Those biggie bags keep them busy and they are so graceful. Bravo to Tyhessia and the entire Gravois crew. Raises are needed....

I work for DoorDash, and I usually deliver from this location multiple times a day. The service has always been good, and they're usually on-time. Other fast food in this area of the city is usually very slow with bad service, so it's nice to come here and be in and out quickly!

Friendly service. It was only 2 employees on shift tonight. I must say, the lines were long, but it was moving! My order was correct! Both employees were polite and calm. They deserve a raise!

Friendly window girl and a perfect meal for my dad and I! Chicken Honey Bisquet and orange juice! I didn't care for the seasoned potatoes though , that came with the combo! Very good over all!

This Wendy's never lets me down. The lobby is open when it is supposed to be, everyone I have encountered is friendly, they have great deals, it's always clean, and I love how close it is to Aldi and dollar tree

I drive with doordash and had to come here with 3 orders and once, with Wendy's and doordash the driver has to order the food themselves and I thought it might take a while understandable, but I was completely wrong. They got me in and out and made sure I knew which orders were which. No complaints from me not the customers!

Not bad at all I haven't been to Wendy's and sometime I got their chili a little too many beans in it but yeah it's still taste really good

I see that this location has some nasty reviews, but I made it a point to come review this Wendy's because of how nice everyone was when I went. It made an impression because you don't typical encounter people in a good mood at the drive thru. Keep up the great work guys!
