Our Salesperson Wallace went above and beyond to help us out. He was super informative about all the different details that the vehicle offered, he worked hard to find us a vehicle within our specifications and price range, and he was super friendly and relatable. The finance representatives were extremely accommodating and nice. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience and my husband and I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase!

The sales guy Tim L. was great! We actually did most all of our back-n-forth over text since I am 40 miles from the dealership. He was very responsive and from what he said, new to Washington and newer to his position. The finance guy came in with no pressure. Very laid back and was ready to answer my questions. I did buy lifetime oil changes for extra but if you've had to pay for your own oil changes these days it will be a deal!

The only thing that was a little annoying is that the dealer paperwork going back/forth said the car had 7 miles on it and when I got in the odometer read over 500 miles. Not sure what that was about.

It's not my first Challenger and I love the style of car. The finance guy replaced the fuel door from my trade in. He had some skills for sure. I don't like the "car buying" process but this was pretty good.

Everyone was super friendly that I came into contact with. The process was very smooth and stress free. Gavin did an awesome job getting me the best interest rate for my new purchase and was very thorough and honest. He was very efficient and fast through the paperwork process and even checked in with me after to make sure I still love the vehicle and to make sure everything was good. Best experience in a long time..Vehicle was listed as a lower price on one of the web sites an listed at a higher on all the rest received it at the lower price, all dealers where very polite an willing to work with the customers. Will greatly do business again with this dealership. Had a lot of frustration with others dealership a lot of bait an switch deals. Other said vehicle on lot but after driving hour an half to arrive at dealership vehicle wasn't there anymore "but we have other for sale". To good to be true... Should have went with Tacoma Dodge in the first place....if you looking to buy used vehicle ask for Mark, straight forward no gimics one of the best!!! If he's busy ask for Tim or GiGi also... They all Rock!!!!

We knew which used vehicle we wanted, so it was hassle there. But all the staff was wonderful- Gigi in verifying our test drive and answering any questions, Dylan in Sales and the test drive, and Gavin in finance, plus everyone we met - great customer service, friendly atmosphere, quick as can be in getting us out of there with our new car!

I sent a simple message from one of those car sites and Tacoma Dodge responded to me on Thanksgiving. Set an appointment and when I arrived the truck was running and ready for me. After a short test drive I was out the door within an hour and a half with my new truck. Had a great experience. Told them what I wanted and no back and forth they just jumped into action and got the deal done. I will be buying my next truck at Tacoma Dodge.

I had Darian helping me find a new car after I had been burned by someone previously, and she not only made it so easy for me, but everyone who aided in the process made sure I was comfortable and aware of anything going on. I was worried about pushy sales, instead I got met with genuinely kind people who did a lot to help me figure out the best way to pay for a car with my current situation. As a young buyer, with no credit and the job I have, I was very unsure but things worked out great. any time I had questions, Darian was quick to respond, and that alone was so helpful for me. In general, Tacoma dodge is a place I will go to again in the future. A place full of very welcoming and helpful people. :)

Buying a car can be stressful any time of year but add In Christmas and HAVING to buy a car because someone ran a red light….well it’s tough.
