Skin and Cancer Institute - Tehachapi

I waited a while to be seen, but it was well worth the wait. The staff and doctor were great, the facility was warm and cozy on this chilly day, and they took biopsies right away. I thought I was only there for a consult, so I was surprised! It was so nice to get this done in Tehachapi and not go out of town. Very pleased patient! 😀

I was referred by my wife who was impressed with the service she received. She said the Dr. actually listened to her and suggested how to proceed.
During my visit I too was impressed by how thorough the staff was and the same with the Dr. He was not only thorough, but professional, friendly and informative. He is the kind of guy I could sit down and have a beer with and learn from the conversation.
I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Best office staff ever!! The Dr is fantastic with my daughter. He's funny and jokes with her making the visit pleasant and not scary. And the girls in the front are absolutely amazing!! Always will to go that extra mile to help us out. I definitely recommend this office to everyone I know

Excellent & friendly staff. But I did have to wait longer than I thought I would. My appt was for 1:30 and I wasn't seen until 2:35. But overall happy with visit.

I'm a new patient to the practice, my first appointment experience was great. Very clean from the waiting room to the treatment rooms, the two receptionists in the front very kind and helpful. The back office staff also very pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Jim he was very pleasant good sense of humor. He went over everything answered all questions.
Over all was was a great experience!

New resident in Tehachapi, I was hoping to find a Dermatology practice that I would feel comfortable with. I was very happy with my visit to this practice and will continue to be a patient there. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The doctor explains everything thoroughly. It’s a clean and cheerful environment. I’m so glad to have this practice located right here in Tehachapi.

Wonderful staff very caring and professional. Dr. Reith is so thorough, very kind bedside manner and gentle. He took the time to explain everything to me. Explained the biopsies he was going to do and why.
I did not feel the biopsy or the stitches, painless. I would highly recommend him and his office.

Other than the very long wait - and crowded waiting area. I wish they had some seating outside. dr. James Reith is excellent and very thorough.

I love coming here. The staff is amazing and the manager always make sure patients concerns are getting heard.

I was so impressed, I filled out all my paperwork online didn’t have to do it when I got there. They made it very easy and convenient. Not to mention Dr. Jim what a fantastic guy, he knows his stuff.

It’s always pleasant going into this office. Everyone has a smile and tries to help in any way they can. “Dr Jim” is fun and tries to make you forget why you’re in there being cut on! Thank you to everyone in that office.

Started seeing Jim in Palmdale and then moved and started seeing him in Tehachapi. Jim is great , the staff is caring and nice, the manager is so thorough and helpful without any hesitation. 5 star
