Bank of America Financial Center

The wait is about 1 hour. You have to stand outside in the heat. There is a separate line for ATM. Bring your mask, umbrella and chair. All the other BofA banks are closed. The staff is friendly and they even brought us water. Be patient, smile, and bring your husband to talk. He went and got me Pupusas and we finally made it inside the Bank. Be positive, life is good.

I've been with BofA since the 80s & their service is always VIP to everyone. Main reason I've been a loyal customer for more than 4 decades..!

I went there on Saturday to open an account .
Since I have no appointment so they said we have to wait for an hour . After half an hour a guy name “ ERIC” attend me . He is very professional . He explained me everything nicely and I was out in half hour with my work done . His communication skills were excellent. I really appreciate him for his work.

I had a great experience yesterday, Stephanie greeted me the minute I stepped in, and stayed in communication with me about my appointment.
