Love all the classes! Instructors are very patient and staff are very courteous. Showers are always clean and overall great atmosphere. Highly recommended

I love this studio. All of the teachers are knowledgeable. The studio has a great schedule of classes. And teachers are always friendly, easy going and motivational.

I really love that this studio offers really hot classes, this is very hard to find in other studios. The studio/ restrooms/ locker rooms are clean. And theres a lot of parking.

I'd recommend this studio to anyone.

Hot 8 El Segundo is a wonderful, loving, and positive community with excellent teachers and team members. The studio is always clean and the rooms are spacious with excellent natural lighting and large mirrors to help maintain integrity in your form. Be sure to thank the staff for keeping the studio and happy and clean in environment.

LOVE this place. Love all the instructors, although Erica Jacobs is the best instructor. I wish I was able to go to all her classes but every class and or instructor I've been to have been amazing! environment is clean and friendly staff. Overall positive experience both location & people.

I really enjoy when I take a Hot8 Yoga class there in El Segundo. A friend introduced me to this place, and I'm grateful she did. The facility is clean, the parking is well lit and free, the staff are nice and welcoming and I like all of the instructors I've had. My favorite so far is the Yin yoga, and I reccomend this class and place to anyone who's able to make it. I walk away feeling good inside & out.

Love Hot8 South Bay! Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Instructors are well trained and each have their own unique, fun style. I love that they always encourage us to listen to our bodies prior to the start of class. Definitely recommend this studio!

my wife and I recently started going to Hot 8 Yoga South Bay and we love it. The facilities are very nice and all of the teachers and staff are super nice and friendly. They are helpful during the sessions and push us, but are not forceful. We love coming to Hot 8 Yoga, especially on Sundays as a way to reset for the coming week :)

There’s nothing better than a great HPF class to reset. When I go to Hot 8 I am never disappointed. Instructors like Liz and Kim are phenomenal and the heat is on !! The studio is clean and employees helpful . I love my experience there .

Great yoga studio! No usual “hot yoga” smell, bathrooms and showers are super clean. I only wish they had more 26x2 classes throughout the week. Devin is an amazing instructor! Love that place!

I was shopping around for a hot yoga studio in the South Bay and came across Hot8. I’m so glad I did because their classes are so challenging yet still fun, they offer a variety so you can change it up: yoga barre, sculpt and power are my favorites but I’m excited to try Yin this week too. I also love that they have two studios within the building allowing for more class times in classes I’m personally interested in. Love it here.

This week it was my first time at this studio, and my first class with Lizz was great. It was very hot, which is hard to find as some studios are not hot enough. Kelsey took great care of me, showing me around this very well taken care studio. Thank you!!

I absolutely love hot yoga! I’ve taken classes with Hannah and Chrisset. Tay is amazing with answering questions and overall my experience is wonderful. My only gripe is the floors smell a lil off in studio 2. But besides that, I have no issues or complaints.

Hello, I just want to say I absolutely love Hot 8 (South Bay location), The plus is that it’s close to my house, but the studio is nice, big, clean, & organized. All the instructors are challenging, but for the most part, they’re encouraging and nice. It feels like a community here, which I love. The front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful. I absolutely would recommend Hot 8 - South Bay to my family & friends. Thank you for having me! =)

Best hot yoga studio I’ve been to! It’s much hotter than many others, which I love. And the class schedule is so fabulous! The instructors are top notch, as well.

I love Hot8Yoga especially Southbay location. I enjoy coming here everyday and getting treated with love. Whitney has such an amazing team they all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I’d choose the staff and Hot8yoga over the gym any day lol :-) To the entire Southbay team if you guys see this I love you all so much and I’m overly grateful for you guys. I returned to hot yoga recently to help with my lower back pain and after five weeks I don’t have any pain at all. My favorite classes have been Power by Erica J and Barre by Kirsten K. I’m not a morning person but I’ve been waking up early just to take their classes.

I love the South Bay location. The staff is always polite and the facilities are kept cleaner than the other locations. Kellie D is one of my favorite instructors along with Erica Jacobs.

The classes are a great workout, and really like the teachers. The many classes and times make it really convenient! Happy I started, and I plan to continue...

Bay was great in the sculpt class. All the teachers are amazing and informed.
