I went to get my kid baseball socks. They didn’t have the right size on the rack. I asked an associate named Joel to check if there were any pairs in the back. Joel went WAY above and beyond to help, spending significant time to help us find the right socks for my son. Joel showed exemplary customer service. Very impressed.

I went to exchange an online purchase I made On running/walking shoes. No one asked me if I needed help or needed size. I had to approach them. Though Charlie who wasn’t around when I initially started looking did help me. He was genuinely kind and very very knowledgeable of the different shoe specs and brands. No one else was able to help me like him. One female even told me that she did not know the difference between the shoes and walked off. So I really, really appreciate Charlie. And oh fyi I did not get a survey emailed, none of the times visited.

I came to buy a bike but I didn’t have enough funds. However, the associates were very kind and doing a great job. Really good atmosphere here, too!

Great customer service experience. Originally, the product i wanted was not available at the store. However, Hailee went above and beyond and guided me through an online order. Will return here for my next pair of Docs and running shoes.

When I drove up, the place looked CLOSED! Drad... However, upon entering,YEA... Fully stocked , exciting. I was looking for running shoes. Good Displays? However ,the Nike Brand take over?🤔...I run with Asics'. 🏃! My hostess, great! My size not there. However, we went on line . Got the shoes on order and expect by Wednesday,in 3 days... Free shipping... Price....Good . I would have preferred walking out with my selection. Oh well. Nevertheless, a good shopping experience. Will, return .. Don

Staff was friendly and willing to answer all your questions. Friday morning it appears that the store was not fully staffed, but whatever staff available did everything they can to help customers. Overall good experience.

I purchased Nike tennis shoes. I saw the shoes online for $30 less but wanted to try them on before I purchased them. Not only did Dick's match the price, they also shipped the shoes to my home for free! Staff is great too.

Dick's sporting goods in Manhattan Beach is a large, clean organized store, with a big selection. Staff was very nice and helpful. Didn't seem like they had too much selection for the winter sports gear during the winter though.

The Dick's near my house had no Galaxy attire. I called this one and they held two shirts for me. All were nice and helpful. We even ran into a famous actor!

The staff here are very nice. Adrian was great. I found my favorite supplement brand here for Creatine. Quick checkout!

Went to the location by Rosecrans and PCH.Nice inventory.Was looking for Rams-merchandise and found it.Impressed by the size of store,better than Big5.

Good selection, as you would expect. Still nice to shop in store to touch and feel and try on for sizes. Then buy it there! Save the brick and mortar!
