Corey and Megan went absolutely above and beyond! As I had two claims being repaired at the same time, the repairs were done A WHOLE WEEK faster than expected. The repairs were done to make my car look like it was back to perfect condition and I cannot thank Corey and Megan enough! The customer service experience I had with Caliber Collision - Delmar and Corey and Megan was OUTSTANDING and I will be returning to them if I ever have any more repairs that I need done. They kept me updated constantly throughout the 2 weeks they were repairing my car (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE OVER 3 WEEKS)!!!! They were super friendly, helpful, and informative. I might not be a total car person, but they even explained everything so that I could completely understand every single repair and replacement they did on my car FOR BOTH OF MY CLAIMS! I was having a rough few weeks (due to both of my claims happening in the same week) and Corey just seemed to know exactly how to handle the situation and be empathetic but also professional. He gave AMAZING advice which helped me get both of my claims taken care of at the same time so I wouldn’t have to worry about having my car out for repairs multiple times. I really cannot recommend Corey and Megan, and all of the other staff, enough. If I could, I would give them a 100000/10 for making my life just a little easier during such a stressful time! They did a great job with my car, and they had a smooth collaboration with my insurance company. There was one week's delay from their first estimation time, which was not pleasant but the employee behaviour was nice and friendly, so I gave them 5 stars anyway.

My experience was amazing! They kept me informed about the repairs and the whole process. The workers are nice and patient and friendly. I will definitely be back if I need any more repairs! My car looks like I just bought it lol. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to caliber collision on Delmar if you need any body repairs.

Caliber did an outstanding job, although GEICO was a hindrance. Nevertheless, I could not have gotten a better job from a restoration facility anywhere.

I brought my car here after some mouth breather hit it in a parking lot. Car repairs are never fun but the staff here, especially Eric, are really nice and take a lot of the stress out of the equation. They got my car done ahead of schedule and were very easy to work with the whole way. While I hope I don't have to, I'd gladly come back to this location should my car need any future repair.

I came to Caliber Collision after a car accident. The staff here is so friendly and professional. It took a while for parts to come in, but they kept me up-to-date every step of the way with regular calls and texts. Once my car did go in for repair I received that same level of communication so I knew exactly when to expect my car to be ready. The work was completed quickly and with high quality. They also coordinated with the nearby Enterprise car rental, making that process easy and seamless. In fact, I was able to leave the car at Caliber when my repairs were complete and someone from eEnterprise came and picked it up without me having to make a second stop. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision in general and this location in particular.

Interior is clean with seating available should you have to wait a bit.

Repair was made quickly and with high quality. Had a follow up issue that revealed itself with some rain post repair. That was resolved quickly as well. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Came in from out of town for graduation. Accidently hit a parking structure and bent my front fender close to my tire. Dropped by to see if they could bend it away so I could drive it home. They said no problem and adjusted it within 30 minutes. Didn't charge me anything and just said pay it forward! These guys were super nice and honest from start to finish. The way every business should treat their customers!
