Philip Marx Central Park

My 5 year old twins love coming to this park. The three story tall tower is a favorite. It's nice that there are a few benches for parents to sit and watch their children play. There are also restrooms available that seem to be kept clean and tidy. There are picnic tables and little charcoal grills, as well as a nice gazebo in the grassy open space.

Best public park I've been to with my kids. Lots to play with for my 2 and 4 yr old. Restrooms are good for a public park. Lots of shaded areas. Many people were there with kids and my kids enjoyed the interaction.

This park is what a park should be,...it's clean and kept up and the people are all quite friendly. It is also dog friendly.

My kids love this park out of all others. Lots of grass to play sports and the playground has a lot to do.

The playground, restrooms,and picnic area are super clean, the park is pet friendly and everyone smiles at you.

Absolutely loved this park! We went early on a Sunday morning only about 3 other people in the park. Its very clean, well maintained, restrooms on site, beautiful green grass, and an even better scenery around.

I attended a "Go Native" event at this venue. Philip Marx Central Park was a great venue for the "Go Native" event! The park was able to accommodate over 20 booths, the weather was beautiful, temperatures were in the 70's, the grass at the park was so green and lush, lots of trees which provided shade, a gazebo area, children's playground area and many benches to sit at to enjoy food!
I would recommend Tehachapi or nearby cities to have events at Philip Marx Central Park.

This is a super cool park with a lot of fun things to do! The big slides are really tall and they also have a little playground for the young kids. They also have something similar to a merry go round!

Nice little small-town park, well maintained, exactly what you want a neighborhood park to be.

Our new favorite park! So engaging for my 2.5 year old and my hubby too! Perfect for anyone that loves a bit of adventure!

I can't believe I hadn't known of this park sooner.... Great atmosphere, sorroundings with BBQ's and tables. Love the scenery as well!

There's jungle Jim's swings and slides for both young and older children there's benches to sit and watch your kids play there's a gazebo to have parties it's nice and green shaded with lots of trees and there's a cement path all the way around the park for nice walks and lots of room to play fetch with your dog and there's also bathrooms

Awesome park in the mountains. Very family friendly. Cool new play structures with really fun things to do. Bathrooms and lots of shadey areas to sit. Will definitely be back here several times

Great service! The lady behind would have been willing to make a breakfast burrito, but I didn't want to put her out. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I would definitely come back.

Central Park in Tehachapi is one of the cleanest parks I have ever seen. Plenty of trash cans around. Fully stocked restrooms. Well kept grass and trees. This park sits in a quiet residential area.

Great place to take the kids and let them get that extra energy out .

Very fun park! I went here with my niece, and I was surprised. For a community park, it's actually super fun with a really high slide for the kiddos to go down. Lots of other toys for them to play on as well.

Awesome park within an awesome neighborhood. Walking distance from convenience store, clean restrooms, picnic areas, big kid toys and separate play structure for the tiny tots, walk thru gazebo, some sort of sporting center with a net, plenty of grass surrounding the area, and picnic tables with attached grills. Everything you need for a party or celebration.
