Beastie

It is really a great community. I had no prior experience in boxing and absolutely welcomed with open arms. It's been three months since I started working out here and already seeing major results.

I try to attend the Monday and Friday 6am classes with Joseph - it's a calorie burner and a great workout. He's intense and pushes you but in a good way. Good energy and good vibes.

Definitely recommend! I have done so many different types of workouts since the birth of my daughter and this is the first time I've felt like maybe I can actually get back into those old jeans and more confident in how I look. Plus, Joseph is always reminding us about nutrition...which we know but always good to be reminded.

Several of my friends have joined me for classes and each week, we all keep coming back!

Update: It's been nine months since joining and still cannot believe the results. I've worked out with all the trainers including the owner Cedric, Slim, Ash, Yolanda, Moon, and Tip and each class has been fun. It's a wonderful community - people of all sizes, abilities and shape. It's definitely worth trying out!

My son takes the kids boxing class here with Tip and he is an excellent instructor. I have to say it’s been one of the better extracurriculars for him.

My son now walks around with much more confidence and even has come out of his shell a bit more which any parent would love to see. It been a great environment for him and look forward to bringing my daughter when she’s old enough!

Beastie gym is the best part of my Mon-Wed-Fri. Mornings! Motivation, Fun, Community, Laughter, Pain, and RESULTS! CEDRIC is a BEAST 🦁 but he's the Absolute BEST Trainer & motivator you could ever PRAY for! 🙏🏾 if you're looking for lasting results this is the place to be. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Cedric is a versatile coach who surpasses conditioning practices along with attentive bagwork/mitt work by switching it up every week I've been here. Beastie is a gem of a gym and I'm so glad I'm able to join his high performance classes weekly and having them not only exceed my expectations of learning the basics of boxing, but to also learn the professional way to work out like a real fighter. He's been very thorough, patient, charismatic, and just all around a great coach to work alongside with. Looking forward to more classes with him! Thanks coach for having me get back into shape in the best way and for making it fun at the same time. Note: Those who really want to be challenged should come by!

I have been coming here for several months, have 40 pounds of COVID dad bod laziness weight in the rear view mirror thanks to this place. They have a lot of different trainers, each with their own style and a great schedule for mornings and evening classes.

Cedric at Beastie had unbelievable energy. We were visiting from DC for the holiday week and thought we would try Beastie while we were in town. He was motivating, funny, upbeat, and a drill sergeant all wrapped into one. The workout was challenging and very varied, so there was a lot to keep us distracted as we worked our butts off! We are SO sore today, in the best way. Thanks for all you do, Cedric :-)

I love going Beastie! Classes are great and for sure you will feel your body the next day. Even going on survival mode gets you the kick so stop with the excuses, go Beastie!

I train muay thai here and I love it! The gym is kept up, ALWAYS clean, and all the trainers and their clients are friendly and very respectful!

Happened to spot the gym while walking through town. They let me jump into a workout and do some training. Great gym, great people! They even have a water heavy bag, so I was very pleased.

I can not thank Cedric enough for the push. He has been absolutely amazing. Boxing has now become my favorite!
