Had a great experience! I initially called the store to see if they can fix my necklace. I spoke with Alan, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He had me text a picture of my necklace to make sure he was able to fix it at that location. Fast forward, I went into the store and Alan worked on my necklace endlessly, just so I was able to wear the necklace tonight. He shined it, put it in a bag and off I went. Outstanding customer service and so refreshing!

Wonderful place for all your gold & precious gemstone needs, really any jewelry questions or repairs you might have this is the right store to be in. Everyone including the security guy Joel are down to earth,very friendly & honest as soon as you walk in with a wealth of knowledge share. Fair prices with fast service, beautiful store and inventory. Snacks on the table and coffee available. They sometimes even provide a secret menu kinda like in&out if you’d rather have a soda or random beverage selection from the employee fridge! Probably give you the shirt off their back if you asked. The manager Alan is a stand up guy who can help answer any questions you might have without a doubt and without hesitation. Superb work as always guys, very much appreciated

I went in today to verify authenticity of a piece I had. The gentleman who helped me out was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helped me out quickly. It was my first time in the store. They have some cool pieces. I definitely recommend stopping in if you like jewelry and you live in the South Bay.

Unlike the locale in Torrance, which had a cold, unfriendly vibe, this South Bay Gold is the opposite - always very helpful and informative, and honest. I've made some good money selling gold items here such as my parents' old wedding bands and several gold chains. I appreciate the courteous and friendly customer service here very much!

Very nice store, friendly staff, always beats competitor prices for buying/selling. I originally went to the Torrance location and had a very good experience. The man that helped me (i forgot his name... Sorry) was super helpful and informed me that there was another location in manhattan beach that was closer to me. So on my next trip i tried this location and got the same great service. And to the person that left a negative review..... You either went to some other gold buyer that has nothing to do with this company, or you are a competitor that is trying to drum up business by trashing other companies online. Maybe you should try another profession because this doesn't seem to be working for you. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK SOUTH BAY GOLD!!!!!

We were pretty nervous about selling our gold in this market but South Bay Gold took the pressure off. Ryan was courteous and professional and dealt with us honestly. He gave us a tad less than the current spot price due to volume which we thought was fair. (As he said, he needed to make a little money, too.) We also had an old ring that Ryan gave us more than fair value for. We would recommend. Use their website and do some research...it pays...literally.

Shopped my gold around to 4 different places, and South Bay Gold beat them all by a few hundred dollars. They were polite and made the whole transaction very comfortable. Also felt very safe inside. The store is in a great neighborhood and its also very beautiful inside. I highly recommend them.

Great gold dealer

I came to this place for jewelry repair to replace the link to a chain. The jeweler seemed very nice and friendly and I was able to get my chain repaired. The repair was pretty quick and for most minor repairs it can be same day. In addition, they cleaned my chain for no additional cost which was greatly appreciated because it was a relatively old chain.

What a girl really wants!!! I was ever so lucky to be able to spend some time in this store to get the charm bracelet I had my eyes on for my Birthday. The customer service was great and the selection of bracelets and charms was fabulous!!! I had a great shopping experience at this location and hope I can come back one day again to get another charm!

They have many amazing items and I've always been treated with kindness and respect here. Would totally recommend this place!
