Paradise Pastry & Cafe

Another place that definitely needs to be visited. This restaurant has been around for a long long time I used to live there several years ago and keep going back to eat. They’re wonderful food. The food they serve is like homemade food and very unique. They also have a full on pastry shop attached to it as part of the restaurant so you get everything you want to eat for lunch or dinner or even breakfast and take some home with you to your family.
Either way, you’re gonna be happy that you found this place and I definitely recommend it

We stopped here serendipitously today and I was so impressed with the range and selection of food. The sweet selection was incredible and we ordered a walnut pastry and an almond tart. Both were delicious! The savoury hot deli smelt incredible and we couldn’t pass it up. We ordered a potato ball that had a bolognese inside, and also a big chicken meatball. We loved them both. Can’t wait to return.

We tried the berry cheesecake and NY style cheesecake. Both were tasty and not too sweet. The customer service was good and the Café is nice inside.

Love this place. Very clean. Nice staff. Great food. I generally go for the lamajoo (probably not spelled correctly) and boncheek (also probably not spelled correctly) and lunch combos (spelled correctly). Great stuff and don't forget the Armenian coffee!!! Woo hoo!!!!!

Really nice bakery with hot food for eat-in or takeout. I believe it's an Armenian bakery and there's lots of choices from decorated cakes to baklava. People are very nice as well. Will be back.

I love this place I've been going there since I was a little kid I remember the little train that would ride alongside the edge of the ceiling... You can really feel the Armenian hospitality every time you come in everyone so welcome and very helpful! You can find almost everything here from any Armenian pastry to the most amazing Armenian food Hot and ready just a way to my grandma used to make it!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Use to sneak in for treats after school. Before it got fancy and before the renovation. It use to be so much smaller with smaller pastries. I went to visit recently and wow! So beautiful and they STILL kept the fruit tart that's my favorite. Thank you for keeping the small bites!

Unbelievable cakes and pastries, cupcakes, mousse, cookies and pies and fresh baked breads. I ordered a cake and my friends said it was the best cake they ever had. Fresh and the service is quick even though they are busy.

Amazing display for all the cakes and cookies! Really good foam for you cappuccino or macchiato. The food in the back is killing delicious, too. Have tables outside to enjoy the goodies!

Do yourself a favor and pick up some super fresh puri bread here. Very well stocked Armenian bakery with all kinds of cakes and breads. There’s also a prepared food section.

This place is amazing! My go to when I’m sick for the best most authentic borscht ever, the must babushkas in the back making it. My son has loved their pastries since he was little and always enjoyed picking a few out every weekend.

Fantastic service and delicious baked perashki and meat turnover. Great selection of baked goods.

It’s not only a bakery, it’s a delicious warm deli, too! I started ordering here after two friends suggested I get pastry but discovered the deli section. The pastry is delicious, beautifully presented and masterfully made. The tables outside give this place a European vibe where you can enjoy a bite on the go or spend some time. The deli section is just enough to entice you for fresh home made meals which although mainly Armenian are so universal in that they have meat, rice and vegetables. Prices are reasonable and portions are for famished appetites. Soups and calzone type pizza are delicious. We’ve been coming here for years but only decided to leave a well deserved review today!

Oh my god I yes went today got a dulce de leche and cheesecake berry 🤗 the best plus the lady gave me a free bread to try it out oh god very very good one of my favorite place now thank god I found this place..

My favorite spot for a fast tea or lahmajoun. Now you should try the lahmajoun. They have the vegetarian option as well. Delicious pastries.

*Update! Since I posted the review, I have visited at least 5 or six times and have ordered multiple savory items. They must read the reviews because the salt level has been entirely balanced out. I also had never tried their breads, but they have phenomenal olive loaf, multigrain seeded bread which I do not usually like and I forgot to mention earlier that the people behind the counter are very nice. Upgrade to five stars!*
I had not been here since the fire. The place looks great. The only thing is that I think almost all non bakery items are too salty. Except the harissa (not the spice mix), which is the absolute BEST.

Loved everything especially the bread with meat....so good!!!! Loved ittt!!
