Smart & Final Extra!

I really love the employee Name Michael..so very helpful and kind,always with a big smile on hes face..don't like the long lines at check out..but the are understaffed..Thankyou for the great customer service Michael

Great Smart and Final. Always clean and staff is polite and tries to get you through as quickly as possible.

All employees are doing their best. If you're looking for something and you can't find it, just ask them once and they will help you nicely. The lines can get thick around 1pm to 6pm because there are only 2 or 3 cashiers all the time.

Prices not as good as in SuperKing but it is clean, not crowded and a lot of parking place.

Shopping today at Smart & Final was really great. We were able to purchase everything that we wanted. One of the nice male employees went to the back to get the eggs that I wanted and this was professional customer service. The cashier was very helpful, friendly and professional. There were only two lanes open but the wait was quicker than expected. Keep the good work up.

I will drive the extra couple of miles to shop at this Smart & Final Extra! I only intended to run in and buy milk on my way home, but when I saw how clean, well lit, and organized everything looked, I had to shop. I bought a couple of frozen items and a papaya in addition to the milk. The papaya was beautiful. No moldy ends. No smells of old produce when entering the store. The checkout workers were so nice. So happy I found this one!! ❤

I absolutely love coming to his store. They have pretty much anything that you need from a grocery store. But in a little bit larger quantities. I really love how they have spices in big containers and the prices are fabulous. I have been very happy with the freshness of the milk and the cheese and the neat as always really good quality. The prices of everything are really not that that bad.

Clean. Well stocked. Great hours and friendly cashiers. Lots of parking but walking to it is easy. There's also a bus stop right in front at Allen & Glenoaks.

In and out. It’s quick when no one is around, but if it’s after 5 good luck. Staffing is low right now so they usually only have the express lane and the lane closest to the entrance open. Major plus though is that they’re fully stocked.

They are fully stocked, fresh produce and the shelves are not bare. Good prices on everything. It's almost like shopping at Costco or Sam's club without the membership fees. And lastly it's quick in and out shopping.

Plenty of parking spaces, shopping carts were being sanitized, shelves were well stocked, as I approached the checkout line it seemed long at first but thanks to the speedy checkers the wait was very short. Well done S&F

Love S&F Extra. Courteous staff. Any one is always avbl to help you locate items for entire store.
Produce is fresh, not prepacked. Quick to open extra check stands as needed.
Only one huge down fall. NO BAG PEOPLE. You are expected to bag your own purchases. I am older, disabled leg, so this can be difficult for me.
We pay a lot for our purchases & I feel this change is disrespectful to customers.

Great Customer Service. They even opened another register when the line was more than 4 people back.

I used to go just before they closed but there are too few Smart and Final employees working the registrars and the lines can get thick. Go during 300pm-600pm. Max lanes are open, very little waiting.

Great store to shop at. Plenty of produce & groceries, very competitive prices, friendly staff & big open parking lot. I have to say its one of the beast smart & final stores I've been too!

Helpfulness of the employees has always amazed me. Other stores will point you in the right direction to where you'll find what you're looking for but Smart & Final employees will take you directly there.

Sometimes what I like to do is pull up in the car, put on Tommy Tutone's "867-5309 Jenny" while in the car in the parking lot and just listen to that song on a constant loop. Now that's freedom!
