Horrible experience, Elba is a slumlord and is scamming people.

She is well aware that she cannot rent the properties on 5723 Gage Ave. in Bell Gardens because they need to be repaired and see his still advertising and taking money from people so please be aware!

I was desperate at the time, I needed to relocate immediately and she took advantage of my situation. According to other tenants she took advantage when they were vulnerable too.

Also please note that I was flagged that someone was attempting to do identity fraud the day after I gave her my application information.

Do not use this service, not only was the dwelling rat infested, my electricity was being stolen and the water was contaminated. When I asked her to fix the issues she gave me a three day notice. I was only there for 2 weeks.

To top it off when I tried to get my deposit, she only gave me back a small portion and claimed a bunch of bogus charges. I cleaned the apartment and even painted to try to fix it up but the damage was so extensive that it was beyond my capabilities. She then told me to take her to small claims for the rest. Bear in mind I had to show up with law enforcement on both occasions to turn in my keys and try to get the deposit back because she is that untrustworthy.

When I called and asked her to fix the busted Plumbing, I was standing in raw sewage and she claimed that I was harassing her.

She also threatened me with putting an eviction on my record, when she was the one who wasn't complying.

It was like dealing with a child so please do not use this service, this woman is a nightmare.

They already choose who is the applicant that will get the home/apartment but they don’t say nothing so you can pay to apply and check your credit.
They tell you that they will send your credit report to your e-mail so you can have a copy but they will never send it to you.
They are not honest. Because they don’t tell you that home is already rented to someone else.

Awful Service! Horrible people, they take everything personal!..Stay as far away from them, when you call to ask them to do repairs, they never answer and if they do, they lie and say they will send someone "next week" ect.. but they never do, and when you go tell them in person, then they lie AGAIN! right in your face!.. and they never send anyone, they also, won't send anyone to do the landscaping, on the yard, trees ect.. they will expect you to do EVERYTHING!.. Also, the Manager likes to come into YOUR RENTAL UNIT! ALOT, for no apparent reason!.. so unless your ready to put up with someone invading your privacy, Beware of this place.. as a consumer i will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!.. unless you were in a very serious need or urgent life $ death matter!

Worttttssssss property management ever..dont go here...i swear they just steal your money even though there is no new applicants and you pay and apply and have good credit for a property they won't give it to you until they get more money out of more families..
