Smart & Final Extra!

Smart & Final is a great store. They have excellent produce and very competitive prices on all their products. Yes I very much appreciate Smart & Final being in my neighborhood.

It sucks reading all these past bad reviews because this is a really good market but some customers come in feeling entitled to the whole “customer is always right “ and I seen this myself a few times . that’s not fair these are humans learning and working doing there best to help us out . it is a busy market at times and if you are a customer that DOESNT have patience please try Instacart or an online food market service …. Thank you smart and final for your team ! Morning cashiers you rock 🎸

Very cheap place to shop for food. Great deals to satisfy your needs. Also very neat and organized here.

Busy store today after Thanksgiving, but it took me less than 4 minutes to pay and get out, in a line a 20 people. Also I always find what I'm looking for and at very good prices. For example: a gallon of 2% reduced milk for 2.99. Cashiers are quick, friendly, helpful and must of them bilingual (Español/English) fresh food all the time. I recommend this store.

The cashier Cassandra I do believe that was her name. A very young pleasant pretty girl. Was very kind and courteous. Gave me excellent customer service. She must be that way all the time. Because as she was ringing me up. A regular name Joe went out of his way to tell her hello and happy Halloween. If I frequent this one as often. I might do the same as she kept getting me excellent customer service. Smart & final I think she deserves some type of raise. Because money talks when you have good employees.

I only shop at the Smart and FInal in Bell, CA on the corner of Wilcox and Florence. The staff there is delightful and they always remember the regular shoppers, and overall nice to everyone. I was very disappointed the the store manager Henry was either transferred to another location or terminated. I'm aware that there are things pertaining to store operations that consumers don't need to know. Henry very caring to both his staff and customers. The store is always clean and we'll stocked. To offer one area that needs improvement, is to make sure that weekly sale items match at the register when they are scanned. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to offer feedback.

Very good place to get things quick ! the cashiers are always quick and in good mood, they make you feel important

The store manager was outstanding the employees were great the store was very clean I recommend anybody in that area to go to Smart & Final the prices were reasonable to they had all the things we need for a big party

When this smart and final gets busy they try hard to get more registers open to get everyone out as soon as possible. Me as a costumer that just wants to get in and out. Can appreciate it

I found what I was looking for like isopropyl alcohol and protective masks that other big stores don't have 👍🏻.

Clean store,well stock, good prices, But cashier not wearing gloves?
