The Montrose location on Honolulu is the best! Staff are incredible, always friendly, know your name and always get orders correct.

We have been ordering delivery from the Coffee Bean for over 1 year.

We usually order the egg bites, caramel frappe and today we decided to try the overnight oats with berries, chia seeds and pecans.

As always everything is tasty, fresh and arrived hot or cold depending on your order request.

Delivery service is always prompt. :-) 👍👍

My old stomping ground! Ever amazing. Good service and food, drink. It’s quite the hotspot for students studying so come early or fight for a table

I personally prefer Coffee Bean to Starbucks. They have things the competitors don't have and it's just a more relaxed, homey feel the way the seating is laid out.

Great service, better than the comp across the street. Great coffee and good internet. Do all my studying, work, and coffee drinking here. The app is great and I always place an order in the morning to pickup on my way to work! Thanks for the hard work Coffee Bean Montrose!

This location closes the latest in the region. The parking access can be confusing and quantity limited, especially at lunch.

I ordered an iced latte at another location and it was so bitter and horrible I could not drink it. I returned it here at this location and the shift supervisor Chastity was fantastic! She is an excellent brand ambassador she did not just take the drink and make me an iced tea, she inquired what was wrong with the coffee and then suggested to try another one in case 1 of 3 things was wrong with it. She made me a new coffee which was better than the original along with giving me an iced tea in case I was still not happy. She's definitely a keeper!

Great atmosphere and service. Cyclists are treated well here and there's a lot of space outside to sit. Just be careful to not sit in the chair at the neighbors restaurant.

I love this place. It does get busy at night, but their services is always fast. There is one person I really like that, and he makes you feel welcome. I just wish I remember the guy's name. Anyways, if you get the app for Coffee bean, you will rack up enough points to get either free drink or pastry. Even more you get deals that not the public might get!

I love that they carry jasmine tea, which other chain places don't carry. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have comfortable couch- as well as chair- seating areas designed for comfortable enjoyment of your beverage. A nice place to visit!

Very nice location friendly staff I'm enjoying having a coffee spend some time with friends. It's also a beautiful LA downtown view.

I loved the outdoor seating. Parking is down the street--directly behind the store is for the banking institution only so watch signage. The baristas were super friendly and helpful when I was trying to order tea and could not remember what type I usually get.

This one in Montrose is on a corner and gets a lot of traffic because it has seating inside and out. Accessible from one entrance via a ramp. Great mix of people and free parking nearby. They share their parking with other stores. I love their tea and they have a good variety. Their coffee is also pretty good, particularly the House Blend. This location is in downtown Montrose with banks, stores and restaurants nearby. Very easy to see in traffic.

This is a great coffee place, great location, service, and quality of products. Indoor and outdoor seating, right next to the very quaint walkable Montrose Village. I have to say though, and this applies to many coffee places, that the free WiFi has promoted many to "plant" themselves at a table for hours, having maybe a cup or two of coffee, but preventing others from seating down. Perhaps these businesses should have a WiFi time limit, or just charge for it, we should all be able to seat down and enjoy it, not everyone needs to be connected 24/7.

The lady that helped me this evening is very nice. She has a lot of patience putting up with these Armenian women who threw things at her to ring up. I could never do her job, I would of put that woman in her place quick.

I was there this week and this barista called Jessy made me the best pumpkin spice drink. Felt more like a milkshake than a coffee.. it was incredible. Can't wait to go again for another one.. thanks Jessy..

the black Forrest iced mocha blended, and the Moroccan mint teal latte are very good. great location. plenty of seating. the WiFi is fast too
