CVS

I went to pick up my prescription and decided to get Flu shot. It went very smooth. Young man who was a LVN did a great job helping me. Thank you.

Great place, and the cashier was super nice, very professional, customer oriented, she made me feel valued and care for, God bless her and family.

The staffs I met today were so friendly, helpful, and patient. They also followed up on your order if there's any issue. I really appreciate the services they provided and highly recommend shopping at this CVS.

The pharmacy in the Montrose CVS is definitely super, & a cut above the rest (that includes private pharmacies).
I used to get my medication from a private pharmacy in S. Pasadena, where I totally loved the staff & service, so when logistics made me change my pharmacy to a CVS system, I was not happy because I had bad experience with the CVS pharmacy on Chevy Chase.
I was so lucky to choose this location, because their service is excellent!!
There is a very positive vibe from the pharmacists to the staff, someone is creating magic there...
I was hesitant to write this review because I don't want them to get busier, but we have to give credit where credit is due.
Thank you ALL for making our experience much more pleasant, showing compassion & rendering the best service possible 👍

Edit: As a mom of young kids I go here a lot now. The pharmacy staff (there seems to be one in particular) always help me out with discount codes, because I pay cash instead of doing prescriptions through insurance. Twice now I have gotten my kids' antibiotics for less than $12!

Seems fine to me. I don't go to a lot of Pharmacies, but the 3 times I have been to this one, even at very odd hours, the 3 different people who helped me were efficient and caring.

CVS @ Montrose, CA is clean and well organized!! Staffs at that branch are nice and kind!! They also have lots of products and a variety of choices!! I enjoy shopping there all the time!!

Kudos to the Beauty&Wellness emissary, Yvette, at this CVS who directed me toward new products for seasonally distressed and dry skin! She offered to check inventory in the back for items which were missing or had been flying off the shelves. Invest in LaRoche Posay and Bioderma. Your skin, our largest organ, will thank you.
So, thank You, Yvette. Your knowledge and kindness were a welcomed surprise.

The Mini clinic was very clean and fast and efficient. Came here for a vaccine and did not have to wait long. Parking was a breeze.

Visited this cvs today. The customer service I received from Racine was amazing. She went above and beyond. The store was very clean and well stocked.

Patrick is a new employee but went above and beyond to help me and my son! 5 stars all because of him
