I love this place. I am so glad they survived the pandemic during the shutdown. Some.of the best Ramen I've ever had. Owner is super nice. If you like garlic go with the number 9 Ramen bowl!

It was my fist time eating here and Imo, it's one of the best or the best ramen spots in Glendale. The ramen was cooked perfectly and the flavor of the ingredients are very fresh and authentic (Compliments to the chef/s) I recommend this place to everyone.... you won't get disappointed

I took my two teenagers for lunch here after their dentist appointment. We don't leave in the area and we travel about an hour just to see our dentist. But when we saw this place we had to stop and try the food. Amazing food tons of flavors definitely a place I would come back too. Thank you for the awesome service as well. I got the #9 and my two boys got #8&10 also delicious.....

Such a small intimate venue where the Ramen is OUTSTANDING! Fresh , delicious, and portions are worth every penny. Far from home, but I'll def drive for this ramen.

Tastiest ramen in all of LA. I've had many spots but this ones the best. It's a small shop but everything is delicious. The pork belly is crispy and the broth is thick and rich. The owner is a very nice man. Thank you!

The best ramen I’ve had. Love coming here. Haven’t been able to come in awhile because of all the craziness, but glad they’re still open. Ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu along with my son, youngest ordered the Shoyu, and we got some gyoza and sushi for my oldest. Love everything. Need to come more often!

We went in tonight and the man running things was working alone and apologized a number of times that it was just him. We got our yummy ramen and our daughter rice and a side of chicken. The broth was delicious and warmed the soul....

Gf and I both got the Spicy Tonkotsu with pork, gf added roasted garlic to hers. As lost my self in this amazing thick, rich yet balanced broth complimented by tender meaty bites of perfectly cooked pork belly I couldn't stop wondering, "How is this broth so DELICIOUS!?". Mostly through the meal, Gf and I sat there looking at almost empty bowls of only broth when the gentleman working asked if he should take the bowls. "No, we want to finish this!" We both said. His face LIT up as he said "VERY GOOD!", waited for us to finish and explained how this broth is made entirely from scratch down to the Chilli paste and each batch takes 22 hours to cook. My question was answered and his two customers were secured. This place has GREAT RAMEN!!

I loved this little corner Ramen spot in Glendale. My husband and came here often when we lived in Glendale. We had Ramen both in the restaurant and several times ordered to go. They pack it well, so no spills in the car. My favorite was their black garlic oil ramen. So very delicious!

I can't say enough good things about this place! My only disclaimer: I'm a novice when it comes to Ramen. That being said, everything here was amazing.

Here are some highlights:
1. Right off the bat, ginger and wasabi were so fresh.
2. Bubble tea wasn't overly sicky sweet - actually had a notable balance of flavor and actual tea!
3. Ramen portions are HUGE!!!! I mean I really think the bowl was bigger than my head. Talk about hearty portions. I got the garlic Ramen with marinated pork belly and it was amazing. The pork was smokey, flavorful, and so tender. My fiancé got the kottori (sp?) with pork belly as well and he loved his just as much.
4. Not realizing truly how big our portion of ramen was going to be...we also ordered a baked scallop roll. It was totally over zealous of us haha but still worth it - the roll was sweet, savory, and had a nice earthy twist with some mushrooms.

The staff were also really friendly, the decor was fresh and minimal, and the place was cozy. Business was popping as we were leaving and I think they are gonna easily and quickly outgrow that small space very soon. Regardless, they have converted me into a Ramen lover.

The garlic ramen is great. Got it to go during COVID and it needed to be warmed up in order to get the noodles to separate but it was easy enough.
Broth was a little thicker than expected but delicious and rich

I can't even try any other ramen shops because I'm too in love with this one. I get the Tonkatsu Ramen (pork broth with the marinated pork belly) every time, because who can improve upon perfection?
This time we also tried the Chashu Bowl (marinated pork belly with green onion, red ginger, corn and half egg, over rice) and it was also amazing.
Ambiance is nice with dim lighting, and the staff is polite. It's a small shop and parking is luck of the draw, but the food is always worth it.

I went for the first time with my dad a couple weeks ago. The only other ramen place I've been to is the one in Burbank and I've only been there once as well. If anything, I like this place better than the other. On the outside it looks ordinary but when you walk inside the lights are dim and it has a nice authentic feel of a ramen place in Japan. I hope I get to go back soon. 😍 👌

They have a Ramen happy hour and it is not to be missed... But I think I said it on Yelp when you ask for extra pork belly, they give you damn near the entire Pig... While wonderful I almost had to share but it was too delicious and tender... Like the fatty I am I sucked it all down... The baby was kind of small but it is most definitely worth the wait... We didn't have a wait so I was very pleased... I highly recommend this place

Our favorite Ramen in Glendale so far. Really good, very authentic. When we went to Japan we immediately thought of this place in we were comparing the flavor in our mind. Excellent.

I didn't even know this place was here! The ramen spot in eagle Rock was closed and we found this place. I will be returning for a ramen fix for sure, we tried one one pork and one chicken, the pork has more flavor but we're both very good.

I love ramen and LA is in no shortage of ramen restaurants. If you ask anybody what the best ramen in LA is, Daikokuya will most likely be mentioned. They wont be wrong, I would agree with them. At one point, I would have said it was THE best ramen shop in LA. That was until I tried Kanpai Ramen.

Even though Glendale is not a place that comes to mind when you thinknof ramen, or anything really. But, since I live here, and I am a fan of staying within 5 miles of my place of residence, finding a ramen shop within that radius got me very excited.

What I came to find, was that it was good. At the time, not great but really good. Good enough to know that I'd be back. After being back a few times, I came to the easy realisation that this had become favorite rameb place. I live in Glendale now , but I know now, that if I end up moving, I will be coming here any time I'm in the mood for ramen, which is often.

What's icing on the cake, is their other offerings. Their sushi is great. Their rolls are great. Their boba drinks are great. Just try it out once.

Great place for nontraditional ramen.

Korean ran ramen stop playing American music with Korean k-pop videos. Serving milk tea, sushi and poke bowls, but specializing in ramen bowls with ingredients such as American or cream cheese. The premium bowls are large enough for two at a decent price. The broth is rich and fatty to a point where, if you finish it you feel uncomfortable the rest of the day.
