One of the best Ralph's in Glendale. Plenty of free parking upstairs and even downstairs. Allot of items to select from. Friendly staff & cashier's. There's also a self checkout lane!

I love curbside pick up. I haven't been inside for a couple years now, no need they ALWAYS do a great job! Always fresh, substitute are always intact. No complains keep up the good job Gens/Gals so friendly and helpful. You guys rock! Thank you!

Good location. Friendly, helpful employees. I've found that a lot of products are out of stock recently but I believe that may be due to ships not docking or delivering products. Aside from that I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a grocery store in the area.Edited to add- One month ago I used the coinstar machine at this location and forgot to cash in the ticket when i was done shopping. If you ever use the coinstar machine REMEMBER to cash your ticket in on that same day or it will be a frustrating, 3 ring circus type experience for you! I literally had to go back to the store 9 different times to finally get my money! I was told different things every time I went. For example; Day 1- Coinstar is closed now so we can't call them. Day 2- A second manager is needed to approve the transaction and they aren't here. Day 3- still no second manager. Day 4- both managers are there but none will come to the registers for the approval (I stood at the front of the store for 25 minutes!!). Day 5- The bookkeeper also needs to be there to approve the transaction. And so on and so forth. Until finally on the 9th day... A manager, I believe her name is Jolene (I apologize if I got her name wrong) was able to help me in about 3 mins flat. She was awesome and, by doing her job, she made me a very happy customer!

Relatively large and spacious supermarket by SoCal standards.

Went in to get arrow head water and was able to pay right away at the self checkout.. and the weren't busy

Mariah was exceptional helping me in the self checkout line. She took the time to explain the difference of using Alt I'd and digital coupons. What a very sweet lady to help while helping others as well. OUTSTANDING MULTI TASKER! THAT WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE. 😊😉

I shop at Ralph's market as it is close by.
But I do not like self check out at all..
I think people use it to get out of the store quickly and some to steal.
I do not steal and I want a Human cheCker to process my groceries.

I was there last night and I wanted to buy some flowers, no body was there at the flower section to help, I asked this lady (Kelly) she was at the self check out, if she can call somebody to help me make a bouquet, she right away came and helped me even though its not her job, she was very nice and very helpful, no body else came to help but her. She didn't even know how to do a bouquet but she did a very nice job, just to make me happy and satisfied. ... Thank You Kelly So much

Top tier with customer services! Specially Marco. Not sure if he’s the manager or lead. But he assist us with our WIC purchase and explained everything. Also thanks to lizbeth for being patiently helping us. Great job guys!

Actually I love this Ralph's it's always friendly clean and well stocked.
I spent my time at the deli counter I think jai or something helped me..she was friendly super on top of things let me try before I bought etc..I ended up strangely with fried chicken and it wasn't to salty..great taste and fresh.
I did some other little shopping over all great store.

I stopped in here while staying at the Best Western hotel down the road. I was in LA as part of a family vacation, and I was craving fresh fruit. The grocery store has a good selection. It's not the biggest grocery store I've been in, but it has what you need. Prices are decent too - as you'd expect from a Ralph's.

Lots of parking in front and below. Had everything I was looking for

Always plenty of parking, I like that there is a Wells Fargo inside, and a place to refill your water bottles outside. There is a flower shop, bakery, and deli, although the deli and bakery are mediocre at best. There is always a plethora of food stuffs from which to choose in the grocery aisles. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Cashier Eric is awesome. Went in looking for a Tap card to ride the bus and he totally helped me. He explained how to use it and even how to upload more money if needed. First time getting this, and I was surprised how friendly he was. Store was clean, not too many people waiting in line for a Sunday afternoon.
