I always order from Playa Del Rey Florist. The quality is always top notch. For Valentines Day 2022 I ordered my wife flowers and chocolates. There was a small mistake (nothing huge) in the order and I filled out the survey to let them know.

Today we received a second order of flowers, chocolates, an apology note, an apology email and a personal call. WOW. I'm floored at the care and concern they showed for a customer. Now they have a customer for life. You should be too.
