Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria - Burbank

Visited this place about a week ago. Was first time trying them after seeing them on Instagram. We ordered 1 of the 28 inch pizzas half combo half all meat combo, and a side of lemon pepper wings. The wings were good, but the pizza was definitely the star of the show. I don't lnow what side i liked more, the all meat was so good, the meats were nice and crispy yet still soft and chewy, the combo side was also amazing, the veggies tasted fresh amd were the perfect offset for the meats that are on it. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean and organized. Side note, to reheat pizza use an air fryer, it almost taste as good as it did fresh out the oven. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

When I want pizza right after work this is the place I go to. They make the best pizza in town. The service is always great. The staff is wonderful the restuarant is neat. They have plenty of places for you to sit at. They have a bar if you want a slice and such. The sizes of the pizzas are out of this world. If you are wanting a pizza on your own I suggest just getting a slice because it is still a good amount for yourself.

The pizza was good, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely would stop by again if we're in the area

I’ve been to this place many times now it’s time to leave some feedback, it’s good place to dine they have nice little bar ,patio and indoor seating,foods are great ,friendly staff,overall I like this place .

Great pizza, huge slices and full pies, and some really good deals. I got the giant slice (4 tones as big as a regular) with a drink for $10. This is one off my favorite pizza places in the valley for sure.

Excellent pizzas at great prices! We ate here after a long and exhausting day at Universal Studios. Staff were great, salad was fresh, and pizza was hot and tasty! They should rename the charred pepperoni the “bad breath” because it was smothered in onions and garlic, but in the best possible way 🤣

Food is very good with the service. , but the sports bar is horrible 😫. All they show on there TV screens are psst old soccer games When there's Baseball season and the Dodgers are playing.. no show in the sports bar. Go to Shakey's Pizza or BJ's to catch a game

Takes awhile to get the food (15-20 min.) but they start your order right away and it takes awhile because it's fresh, not laying around under a heat lamp. It's well worth the wait. Anything good is worth waiting for. I heard they are going to let you phone ahead in the near future; then no wait. I don't know if they deliver because I live too far away for that. Call and see.

Visiting from North Dakota and wanted a pizza our last night here. We eat a lot of pizzas from around the country and this is by far one of the best pizza's I've ever tasted. Had to wait for it to be made but it was well worth it. I can see why they're so busy. Highly recommend to anyone who loves pizza.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew this would be a pleasant experience.
On the same lot I had already been through two negative encounters and one who had no desire whatsoever to allow me to do a review and posted on Google. These things too I will share in other Google reviews. But for now I would like to turn my attention back to Big Mamas and Papas pizza restaurant.
I can't say that I was entirely ready for the magnitude of this establishment or it's multiple operations. The first section took me by surprise because it look like a nightclub. It was actually a sports bar, fully equipped with a stocked bar and table service. Everything was clean, shiny, and seem to run smoothly. Patrons were smiling and appeared to be having a good time.
When I step through the next door I was greeted by young man named Dion, this area had a semicircle counter for taking and picking up orders. Directly behind it was a huge kitchen with pizza ovens just to the right. Cindy, one of the waitresses, gave me a welcoming smile. Then I noticed the restaurant section and dining tables. The walls tell a delightful story about the food that is prepared here and there are TVs mounted for your viewing pleasure. And last but not least there's an outdoor dining section that for sure would appeal to locals and tourists as well. Finally, the food is fantastic and reasonably priced. It's definitely a place to go.

Really good pizza and wings. Service was top notch. Beers were also nice and cold. Me and my gf come often here and the employees are always friendly and fast and make the pizza delicious. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I can, best place to come sit down for some wings and beer also.

the cashier was so eager to help to us with the menu explaining how it works and what was more convenient to us ,being onkyvto people and what size pizza pie and such ..I believe his name was Kamur ,apologize if I spell it wrong!

Great Happy Hour! Great pizza. Staff is the best. Can't beat the beer deal during happy hour. The ARO slice is the best. Even better if they dice the mushrooms. Great local hang.

Had Big Mama's Papa's today and I loved it! Wings were killer. Nice beer selection. Happy hour special was buy 1 beer get the second for 1 cent. The service was great. The restaurant was clean. Our server was very hospitable. I'll make this spot one of my "go to's" when I'm in LA.

This place has the best pizza in at least a 5-mile radius if you don't mind splurging a little. The folks behind the counter have always been friendly, offering water while I waited and checking on me from time to time to see if I was okay. Also, if you come in on the day of your birthday, you get a free personal pizza.

It's never as busy as it should be given the fact that they have a full bar and always have some form of sportsball on the TVs. This tends to work in your favor if you're ordering your pizza to go. No crowds, no lines, very little wait. Finally, there's a cup of jalapeño slices with every pizza, which I think is my favorite part (I think I might have an addiction).

My wife and I were just driving by and decided to give this place a try. Glad we did. The service was great from the start and we ordered a slice of pizza each and the antipasta salad to share. It was all great, we would come here again.

Loved the pizza here! We found this place by accident as we were driving through the LA area. What a great find though!! We like the thin crust pizza which was crisp but not too crisp. The toppings were really good.

Had nine surprise guests at our house last night - and ordered the 36" pizza - what a blast. While the pizza was delicious - possibly the best delivery we ever had - and we had a lot. If you are having a party and need to feed a lot, try the 54" - a show stopper ;-)
